International College and IC I-SA Partner with TSP Scale X Landing Program to Support Thai Startups’ Global Expansion
Thailand Science Park, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), and the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DE) have joined forces with more than 20 organizations, including the International College and the IC International Startup Academy (IC I-SA), to launch the TSP Scale X Landing Program, creating new growth pathways for Thai and international startups.
On July 13, 2026, at the first floor of Innovation Cluster 2 Building (Building 19), Thailand Science Park, Pathum Thani, Thailand Science Park officially launched the TSP Scale X Landing Program under the concept “Two Journeys. One Ecosystem.”
Thailand Science Park recognizes the need for a new support mechanism that goes beyond helping startups access funding. The program also connects entrepreneurs with markets, industry partners, research resources, and strategic networks essential for business growth. It aims to accelerate the development of startups and innovation-driven businesses.
The program has been designed to support both international startups seeking to enter the Thai and ASEAN markets, and Thai startups aiming to expand globally. It brings together government agencies, industry, educational institutions, investors, and international partners on a single collaborative platform.
Thai startups will receive support in connecting with customers, industry partners, investors, laboratories, and overseas partner networks. This addresses critical barriers to growth, including a lack of customers, limited opportunities to test and pilot technologies, and insufficient opportunities to enter international markets.
The program is also supported by domestic and international partners, including agencies under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI); the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DE), represented by the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa); Thammasat University; and the International College of Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM).
The International College and the IC International Startup Academy (IC I-SA) are among only two universities invited to participate in this initiative. Their mission includes supporting participating companies in conducting market-exploration activities to help startups connect with relevant industries in Thailand. They will also link companies with high-potential talent from Panyapiwat Institute of Management, supporting internship opportunities and future recruitment channels for PIM students.
This event was not merely the launch of a new program. It reflects a shift in support for Thai startups—from a primary focus on incubation and funding toward the creation of real markets and real business opportunities through collaboration among all sectors.
