🎯 Understanding Your Child’s VRS³ Goals
Today, students are bringing home their completed VRS³ Annual Goal Sheet. These goals are much more than a worksheet — they are the starting point for each student’s growth and their SWLO Portfolio throughout the school year.
Through VRS³, students have identified personal goals across three important areas:
🔵 Valuecreation — How I create value and make a positive impact on others.
🔴 Resilience — How I bounce back, learn from challenges, and keep improving.
🟡 Sovereignty — How I think for myself, make wise choices, and take responsibility.
Students have also identified what evidence they will create to demonstrate their growth. Throughout the year, they will revisit these goals with their advisors, collect evidence, reflect on their progress, and build their portfolio.
💡 The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is growth.
Parents can support their children simply by asking:
“What is one of your VRS³ goals this year?”
“What will you do to show that you are growing?”

🎯 ทำความเข้าใจเป้าหมาย VRS³ ของบุตรหลาน
วันนี้นักเรียนจะนำ แบบฟอร์มเป้าหมาย VRS³ ประจำปี ที่กรอกเสร็จแล้วกลับบ้าน เป้าหมายเหล่านี้ไม่ใช่เพียงแบบฝึกหัด แต่เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการเติบโตของนักเรียน และจะเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญในการจัดทำ แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน SWLO ตลอดปีการศึกษา
ผ่านกรอบ VRS³ นักเรียนได้กำหนดเป้าหมายของตนเองใน 3 ด้านสำคัญ:
🔵 Valuecreation — การสร้างคุณค่า
การสร้างคุณค่าและสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกให้กับผู้อื่น
🔴 Resilience — ความยืดหยุ่นและการฟื้นตัว
การลุกขึ้นใหม่ เรียนรู้จากความท้าทาย และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
🟡 Sovereignty — การกำกับตนเอง
การคิดด้วยตนเอง ตัดสินใจอย่างรอบคอบ และรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำของตนเอง
นักเรียนยังได้วางแผนว่า จะสร้างหลักฐานอะไรเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงการเติบโตของตนเอง ตลอดปี นักเรียนจะกลับมาทบทวนเป้าหมายร่วมกับครูที่ปรึกษา เก็บรวบรวมหลักฐาน สะท้อนการเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาแฟ้มสะสมผลงานของตนเอง
💡 เป้าหมายไม่ใช่ความสมบูรณ์แบบ แต่คือการเติบโต
ผู้ปกครองสามารถสนับสนุนบุตรหลานได้ง่าย ๆ ด้วยการถามว่า:
“ปีนี้เป้าหมาย VRS³ ของลูกคืออะไร?”
“ลูกจะทำอะไรเพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่าตัวเองกำลังเติบโต?”
ร่วมกันช่วยให้นักเรียนของเราเติบโตเป็น ผู้เรียน ผู้นำ และผู้สร้างผลกระทบที่ดีต่อผู้อื่น
นำวันนี้ รับใช้ผู้อื่น สร้างอนาคต
