4 days training on the WGS of infectious pathogens using Illumina and Nanopore Technologies, January 27th-30th 2025 at TEMs, DMSc.
44 participants have learned about lab experiments in Viral WGS by illumina, Bacterial, fungal, and parasites WGS by ONT, as well as command line and free program in Bioinformatics analysis practices.
