Present Perfect Continuous Tense :
Used for situations that have occurred continuously from the past to the present.
ใช้กับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน

Example :

I have been playing guitar since I was a kid. ฉันเล่นกีตาร์ตั้งแต่เด็ก

Nan has been working in Bangkok for 10 years. แนนทำงานอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ มา 10 ปีแล้ว

Present Perfect Tense :
Used to link the past to the present.
ใช้เพื่อเชื่อมโยงอดีตกับปัจจุบัน

Example :

He has worked in the school for five years.
เขาทำงานในโรงเรียนนี้มาห้าปีแล้ว

I’ve eaten everything on this menu before.
ผมกินทุกอย่างบนเมนูนี้แล้ว

Present Continuous Tense : Used to show an action or condition that is happening now or frequently. ใช้เพื่อแสดงการกระทำหรือสภาวะที่กำลังเกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบันหรือบ่อย

Example :

We are studying English today.
วันนี้เรากำลังเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ

The teacher is writing on the board.
ครูกำลังเขียนบนกระดาน

I am trying to finish my homework.
ฉันกำลังพยายามทำการบ้านให้เสร็จ

Compound Sentence :
A compound sentence is a sentence
that has at least two independent clauses joined by a comma, semicolon or conjunction.
ประโยครวมคือประโยคที่มีประโยคอิสระอย่างน้อยสองประโยคเชื่อมด้วยเครื่องหมายจุลภาค เครื่องหมายอัฒภาค หรือคำเชื่อม

Example :

I want to learn English, because English is the most spoken language in the world.
ฉันอยากเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ เพราะภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาที่มีคนพูดมากที่สุดในโลก

The restaurant closes in 1 hour, so we should go there now if we want to eat.
ร้านจะปิดในชั่วโมงนึงดังนั้นเราควรจะไปตอนนี้ถ้าเราอยากกิน

Present Simple Tense :
Used to explain facts in the present tense. ใช้เพื่ออธิบายข้อเท็จจริงในกาลปัจจุบัน

Example :

I eat rice everyday. ฉันกินข้าวทุกวัน

She drives to work. เธอขับรถไปทำงาน

Comfort Zone - เขตสบาย

Growth rarely happens in the comfort zone. การเติบโตไม่ค่อยเกิดขึ้นในโซนสบาย
