ห้องสมุด ICRC ที่เมืองเจนีวา เปิดให้สาธารณชนสามารถเข้าถึงและดาวน์โหลดบทความที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ (IHL) ได้ฟรีไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ทั้งในฉบับภาษาอังกฤษและฝรั่งเศส
เอกสารของเราประกอบไปด้วย
1.เอกสารดั้งเดิมขององค์กร ตั้งแต่การก่อตั้งในศตวรรษที่ 19 เรื่อยมาจนถึงสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 1 และ 2 ข้อสรุปจากการประชุมต่างๆ ในระดับนานาชาติและการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมอนุสัญญาเจนีวาในแต่ละครั้ง
2.บทความวิชาการที่ ICRC ได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมไว้ตลอดระยะเวลาหลายปี สื่อให้เห็นถึงพัฒนาการและข้อถกเถียงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ

The ICRC International Humanitarian Law Bibliography lists references to English and French publications on international humanitarian law. The bibliography is based on books and other material in the ICRC library.
Our Library holds a wide collection of specific IHL documents that can be consulted by the public: preparatory documents, reports, records and minutes of Diplomatic Conferences where the main IHL treaties were adopted.
The Library also acquires as many external IHL publications as possible, with those produced in English and French being the priority. Each journal article, chapter, book, working paper, report etc. is catalogued separately, making the Library’s online catalogue
