FSN Program held its Annual Faculty Meeting for Academic Year 2026 today.

The meeting provided an opportunity to share an overview of the program's operations over the past academic year. It also served as a platform for faculty members to discuss students' performance, exchange feedback, and provide suggestions to the FSN Program Committee for the continuous improvement of the program in the coming academic year.

🌟The MSc Food Science for Nutrition (International Program), Institute of Nutrition, Mahidol University, is proud to congratulate Mrs. Win Sandar Myint on receiving the 🥈Second Place Award in the Poster Presentation Competition at the Food Innovation Asia Conference 2026.

📍The conference, themed “Transforming Food Systems: Integrating Science, Technology and Tradition for Global Well-Being,” was held on 🗓️ 11–12 June 2026 at 🏢 IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand.

🔬Mrs. Win Sandar Myint presented her research entitled:

“Formulation and Texture Optimization of Avocado-Based High-Energy Food Gel for Elderly Nutrition”

👨‍🏫under the supervision of Associate Professor Dr. Nattapol Tangsuphoom.

🌱This achievement reflects her dedication, hard work, and commitment to advancing innovative food solutions for healthy aging and elderly nutrition. We are delighted to see her research recognized at an international scientific conference. 🌍✨

🎉 FSN Program held its 2nd Student Presentation and Feedback Session of the academic year 2025 on 22 May 2026. During the event, 6 FSN students who are conducting their thesis research presented their progress and received comments and suggestions from the FSN Program Committee and their peers. 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

The Program also took this opportunity to gather feedback from students regarding the courses, facilities, and activities provided in the past semester, as well as their needs and expectations for the current semester. We thank all students and ajarns for their participation.

🎉 Congratulations to Saovaluk Tangvijitsakul, FSN student, Batch 2024, for successfully passing her thesis proposal examination on 5 May 2026. Her research focuses on the Comparison of Flavor Encapsulation Using Different Cyclodextrins in Spray-Dried Wolffia Globosa.
