Her research focuses on the Development of a gum-based instant thickening powder with high viscosity stability in various beverages, based on IDDSI standards for dysphagia management.

✨ Pariyakorn is a recipient of the 60th Year Supreme Reign of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej Academic Year 2024 Type 2 (💰partial scholarship)

🎉 Congratulations to Miss Penpitcha Heinchasri, FSN student, Batch 2024 (Special Program), for passing her thesis proposal examination on 1 November 2025. She will conduct a study on the Ultrasonic and High Hydrostatic Pressure Treatment of Okara and Its Application in Gluten-Free Noodle Products.

✨ Penpitcha is also a recipient of the Professor Dr. Visith Chavasit Scholarship for the Academic Year 2025.
