ภาควิชาพืชสวน คณะเกษตร กำแพงแสน ขอเชิญท่านแวะมาเลือกซื้อ พันธุ์ไม้ดอกไม้ประดับ ไม้ผล พืชผัก และผลิตภัณฑ์จากภาควิชาพืชสวน ซึ่งเกิดจากองค์ความรู้และการดูแลอย่างใส่ใจของภาควิชาพืชสวน คณะเกษตร กำแพงแสน

Research in environmental psychology shows that spending time in nature or even viewing natural scenes can reduce stress, lower perceived mental fatigue, and improve attention. One widely studied framework, Attention Restoration Theory, suggests that natural environments help the brain recover from overstimulation caused by urban or screen-heavy environments.

Green environments are often associated with these benefits because they are strongly linked to nature—plants, trees, and open outdoor spaces. However, it’s not the color green itself acting as a direct biological switch in the brain. Instead, it’s the combination of visual patterns, reduced sensory overload, softer lighting, and learned associations with safety and calm environments.

Studies have also found modest reductions in stress indicators like heart rate and cortisol when people spend time in or view natural settings. Even indoor plants or images of nature can have small positive effects, though typically less strong than real outdoor exposure.

Some things can’t be rushed—they just need sun, water, and time. 🌱✨
