On Thursday, 20 August 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Tak Border Health Learning Center, Mae Sot Hospital, Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Ramate Wongwilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center, delivered the opening remarks for the Research Exhibition under the Tak Border Health Learning Center, focusing on research and innovation development activities.
The research projects were supported by funding from the Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI). Dr. Nakharin Somaboot, M.D., Provincial Chief Medical Officer of Tak Province delivered the welcoming remarks, while Dr. Supakit Sirilak, Director of the Health Systems Research Institute (HSRI), presided over the opening ceremony.
The exhibition aims to showcase research findings and outcomes, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences, and gather recommendations from executives, experts, and partner organizations. The feedback will contribute to further developing and scaling up the research findings for practical application and utilization within the health service system.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 20 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 น. ณ ศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก กล่าวรายงานการจัดนิทรรศการผลงานวิจัยภายใต้การดำเนินงานของศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯ ภารกิจงานวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรม ซึ่งได้รับทุนสนับสนุนในการดำเนินงานวิจัยจากสถาบันวิจัยระบบสาธารณสุข (สวรส.) โดยมีนายแพทย์นครินทร์ โสมาบุตร นายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัดตากกล่าวต้อนรับ และนายแพทย์ศุภกิจ ศิริลักษณ์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยระบบสาธารณสุข (สวรส.) เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดนิทรรศการในครั้งนี้ ซึ่ง การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่และนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานวิจัย แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ ตลอดจนรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้บริหาร ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และภาคีเครือข่าย เพื่อประกอบการพัฒนาและต่อยอดผลงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์ในระบบบริการสุขภาพ

วันอังคารที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 น. ณ โรงแรมวิวพ้อยเขาใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก เป็นประธานกล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดการประชุม “การซ้อมสถานการณ์สอบสวนโรคติดต่ออันตรายสำหรับเจ้าพนักงานควบคุมโรคติดต่อ (Communicable Diseases for Control Unit Simulation Exercise on Dangerous Communicable Diseases: CDCU⁺ SimEx)” เพื่อทดสอบและพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมในการสอบสวนและตอบโต้การระบาดของโรคติดต่ออันตราย ผ่านสถานการณ์จำลองที่ใกล้เคียงเหตุการณ์จริง เน้นการตัดสินใจเชิงระบบ การประสานงาน และการปฏิบัติงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในภาวะฉุกเฉินทางสาธารณสุข กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการบรรยาย การอภิปรายกลุ่ม การฝึกปฏิบัติจากสถานการณ์จำลอง และการแสดงบทบาทสมมุติ จัดขึ้น 2 รุ่น ได้แก่ รุ่นที่ 1 ระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 7 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ รุ่นที่ 2 ระหว่างวันที่ 18 – 21 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างกองระบาดวิทยา กรมควบคุมโรค กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากรัฐบาลสหรัฐอเมริกา ภายใต้การบริหารของ Family Health International 360 (FHI 360) ผ่านโครงการ Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC)

On Tuesday, 18 August 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Viewpoint Khao Yai Hotel, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Rames Wongwilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Communicable Diseases Control Unit Simulation Exercise on Dangerous Communicable Diseases (CDCU⁺ SimEx).” The exercise aims to test and strengthen the capacity of communicable disease control teams in disease investigation and outbreak response through realistic simulated scenarios. The exercise focuses on systematic decision-making, coordination, and effective operations during public health emergencies. The activities include lectures, group discussions, simulation-based practical exercises, and role-play sessions. The program is organized in two cohorts: Cohort 1, held from 4 – 7 August 2026 in Chiang Mai Province, and Cohort 2, held from 18 – 21 August 2026 in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The activity is organized through collaboration between the Division of Epidemiology, Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, and is financially supported by the United States Government, under the management of Family Health International 360 (FHI 360) through the Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) Project.

วันจันทร์ที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 09.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมนพรัตน์ ศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก เป็นประธานกล่าวต้อนรับคณาจารย์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และคณะผู้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะทางวิชาการ ในการประชุมให้ข้อเสนอแนะการดำเนินงานโครงการวิจัย เรื่อง “การพัฒนารูปแบบการระบุตัวตนเด็กแรกเกิด – 5 ปี สำหรับการจัดบริการอนามัยแม่และเด็กในประชากรต่างด้าวพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย – เมียนมา อำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก” การประชุมครั้งนี้มีการนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานวิจัย ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตลอดจนการสาธิตการใช้งานเครื่องมือระบุตัวตนด้วยใบหู (Ear Biometrics) โดยคณะนักวิจัย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะเชิงวิชาการจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผ่านการสนทนากลุ่มซึ่งข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้รับจะนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการวิจัยรวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องมือและรูปแบบการดำเนินงานให้มีความเหมาะสม สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดบริการอนามัยแม่และเด็กในพื้นที่ชายแดนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลและยั่งยืน

On Monday, 3 August 2026, at 9:30 a.m., a research feedback meeting was held at Nopparat Meeting Room, 7th Floor, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building(OPD building), Mae Sot Hospital, Tak Province. The meeting was presided over by Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Rames Vongviriyarat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center (TBHLC), who delivered the welcome remarks to distinguished academics, subject-matter experts, and members of the academic advisory panel.
The meeting focused on providing academic feedback for the research project entitled “Development of an Identification Model for Children Aged 0–5 Years to Support Maternal and Child Health Services among Migrant Populations along the Thailand–Myanmar Border in Mae Sot District, Tak Province.”
During the meeting, the research team presented the project's progress, research findings, and data analysis results. They also demonstrated the use of an ear biometric identification system (Ear Biometrics) developed as part of the study. The presentations were followed by a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), during which experts and academic advisors exchanged views and provided constructive recommendations.
The recommendations received from the advisory panel will be incorporated into the refinement of the research methodology, the enhancement of the ear biometric identification tool, and the improvement of the overall implementation model. These efforts aim to ensure that the developed approach is practical, effective, and sustainable for supporting maternal and child health service delivery among migrant populations in the Thailand–Myanmar border area.

วันศุกรที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 14.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมแก้วโกเมน อาคารกรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก มอบหมายให้ นพ.โรจนศักดิ์ ทองคำเจริญ รองผู้อำนวยการด้านบริการปฐมภูมิ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯ เป็นประธานกล่าวแสดงความยินดีและมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่คณะแพทย์จากประเทศญี่ปุ่น และแพทย์ประจำบ้านชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่ผ่านการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโครงการ Training course on Tropical Infectious Diseases in Thailand ระหว่างวันที่ 20 - 24 กรกฎาคม 2569 โดยความร่วมมือระหว่างโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด และ Center for Infectious Disease Education and Research มหาวิทยาลัยโอซาก้า ประเทศญี่ปุ่น เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ด้านโรคติดเชื้อ โรคติดต่อ และโรคระบาดต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ชายแดน ทั้งนี้ ภายในโครงการได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ร่วมบรรยาย ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์อันเป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมตลอดระยะเวลาการดำเนินโครงการ

On Friday, 24 July 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the Kaew Komen Meeting Room, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Mae Sot Hospital, Tak Province, Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Rames Vongvilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center (TBHLC), assigned Dr. Rojanasak Thongkhamcharoen, Deputy Director for Primary Care Services and Acting Deputy Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center (TBHLC), to preside over the certificate presentation ceremony and deliver congratulatory remarks to physicians from Japan and third-year residents from the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University. The participants successfully completed the Training Course on Tropical Infectious Diseases in Thailand, held from 20–24 July 2026. The training was jointly organized by Mae Sot Hospital and the Center for Infectious Disease Education and Research, Osaka University, Japan, with the aim of promoting knowledge exchange on infectious diseases, communicable diseases, and emerging public health threats in border areas. The training program was honored by the participation of distinguished speakers and experts from various medical institutions, who delivered lectures, shared their expertise, and exchanged valuable experiences, enriching the learning experience of all participants throughout the program.

วันอังคารที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมทับทิมสยาม อาคารกรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก นายเตช บุนนาค เลขาธิการสภากาชาดไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีส่งมอบวัคซีนป้องกันโรคปอดอักเสบชนิดคอนจูเกต 15 สายพันธุ์ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 10,000 โดส ให้แก่โรงพยาบาลชายแดนจังหวัดตาก จำนวน 5 แห่ง ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด โรงพยาบาลแม่ระมาด โรงพยาบาลท่าสองยาง โรงพยาบาลอุ้มผาง และโรงพยาบาลพบพระ แห่งละ 2,000 โดส วัคซีนดังกล่าวสภากาชาดไทยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากบริษัท เอ็มเอสดี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เพื่อนำไปให้บริการแก่ประชากรกลุ่มเปราะบาง ผู้ยากไร้ และผู้ที่ยังไม่สามารถเข้าถึงสิทธิการรับวัคซีนจากภาครัฐ อันเป็นการเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงวัคซีนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคปอดอักเสบ ภาวะแทรกซ้อน และการเสียชีวิต โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่ชายแดนที่มีข้อจำกัดด้านการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ พร้อมทั้งช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและสร้างความมั่นคงทางสุขภาพให้แก่ประชาชนอย่างยั่งยืน โอกาสนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจากผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดตาก ผู้บริหารสภากาชาดไทย นายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดตาก นายแพทย์สาธารณสุขจังหวัดตาก ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลทั้ง 5 แห่งในพื้นที่ชายแดนไทย–เมียนมา จังหวัดตาก ตลอดจนหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธี

On Tuesday, 21 July 2026, at 9:00 a.m.,at the Thabtim Siam Conference Room, Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Mae Sot Hospital, Tak Province, Mr. Tej Bunnag, Secretary General of the Thai Red Cross Society, presided over the official handover ceremony of 10,000 doses of the 15-valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV15) to five border hospitals in Tak Province.
A total of 2,000 doses were allocated to each of the following hospitals: Mae Sot Hospital, Mae Ramat Hospital, Tha Song Yang Hospital, Umphang Hospital, and Phop Phra Hospital.
The vaccines were donated to the Thai Red Cross Society by MSD (Thailand) Ltd. to support vaccination services for vulnerable populations, disadvantaged individuals, and those who are not yet eligible or able to access government-funded vaccination programs. This initiative aims to expand equitable access to an effective vaccine, reduce the risk of pneumococcal pneumonia, associated complications, and mortality, particularly in border areas where access to healthcare services remains limited. It also contributes to improving quality of life and strengthening long-term health security for communities.
The ceremony was attended by the Governor of Tak Province, executives of the Thai Red Cross Society, the President of the Tak Provincial Red Cross Chapter, The Provincial Chief Medical Officer of Tak Province, the directors of the five border hospitals along the Thailand–Myanmar border in Tak Province, as well as representatives from government agencies and partner organizations, who joined the event as distinguished guests.

วันจันทร์ที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมแก้วโกเมน อาคารกรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก มอบหมายให้ นพ.โรจนศักดิ์ ทองคำเจริญ รองผู้อำนวยการด้านบริการปฐมภูมิ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่รองผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯ เป็นประธานเปิดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ Midwives Training Course on Essential Primary Care for Newborn โดยมี พญ.จิราณัฐ หาญพรม นายแพทย์ชำนาญการพิเศษ กล่าวรายงาน การอบรมจัดขึ้นจำนวน 2 รุ่น รวมผู้เข้าอบรม 30 คน ระหว่างวันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม – 11 กันยายน 2569 สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ Medic จากสถานบริการภาคเอกชน มุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการดูแลทารกแรกเกิดและเด็กตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพ ผ่านการบรรยาย การฝึกทักษะทางคลินิก และการฝึกปฏิบัติในสถานการณ์จำลอง โดยมีทีมกุมารแพทย์และพยาบาลผู้เชี่ยวชาญของโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด หน่วยวิจัยมาลาเรียโซโกล(SMRU) และแม่ตาวคลินิก ร่วมเป็นวิทยากร ทั้งนี้ โครงการได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ (TICA)

On Monday, 13 July 2026, at 8:30 a.m., the Midwives Training Workshop on Essential Primary Care for Newborns was officially inaugurated at Kaew Komen Conference Room, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Mae Sot Hospital, Tak Province.
Assistant Professor (Special) Dr. Rames Vongvilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center (TBHLC), assigned Dr. Rojanasak Thongkhamcharoen, Deputy Director for Primary Care Services and Acting Deputy Director of the TBHLC, to preside over the opening ceremony. Dr. Jiranat Hanprom, Senior Professional Medical Doctor, delivered the opening report.
The training consists of two batches with a total of 30 participants and will be conducted from 13 July to 11 September 2026. The course is designed for medic staff from private healthcare facilities, with the objective of strengthening their competencies in providing essential care for newborns and children in accordance with professional standards. The program combines lectures, clinical skills training, and simulation-based practical sessions. Pediatricians and experienced pediatric nurses from Mae Sot Hospital Shoklo Malaria Research Unit (SMRU) and Mae tao clinic serve as instructors, sharing their expertise and hands-on experience with participants. This training program is supported by funding from the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

วันเสาร์ที่ 11 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมแก้วโกเมน อาคารกรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก มอบหมายให้ ดร.ศรีสุดา อัศวพลังกูล พยาบาลวิชาชีพชำนาญการพิเศษ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการพยาบาล กล่าวให้โอวาทแก่นักศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรผู้ช่วยพยาบาลชายแดน รุ่นที่ 2 โดยมี ผศ.ดร.กมลรัตน์ เทอร์เนอร์ คณบดีคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก เป็นประธานเปิดโครงการ และ ผศ.ดร.ดุจเดือน เขียวเหลือง ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุตรดิตถ์ กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดโครงการ จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 11–12 กรกฎาคม 2569 เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาหลักสูตรดังกล่าว จำนวน 28 คน มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างหลักสูตร แนวทางการจัดการเรียนการสอน ตลอดจนบริบทด้านการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขในพื้นที่ชายแดน ผ่านการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้จากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพและเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่การศึกษาและการปฏิบัติงานในระบบบริการสุขภาพชายแดนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้ พว.อัญชลี ธรรมวุฒิ และ พว.นิศารัตน์ รุ่งเสรีชัย พยาบาลวิชาชีพชำนาญการพิเศษ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อาจารย์ประจำชั้น ได้ร่วมดูแลและให้คำแนะนำแก่นักศึกษาตลอดการดำเนินกิจกรรม

On Saturday, 11 July 2026, at 8:30 a.m., the Tak Border Health Learning Center, Mae Sot Hospital, Tak Province, organized the Orientation and Preparatory Session for Students of the Border Nurse Assistant Certificate Program, Batch 2, Academic Year 2026, at Kaew Komen Conference Room, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building. Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Rames Vongvilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center, assigned Dr. Srisuda Asawapalangkul, Senior Professional Nurse and Acting Deputy Director of Nursing, to deliver welcoming remarks and words of encouragement to the students. The opening ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kamonrat Turner, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing, Praboromarajchanok Institute. Asst. Prof. Dr. Dudduan Khiaolueang, Director of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Uttaradit, presented the objectives of the program. The orientation was held from 11–12 July 2026 to prepare 28 students enrolled in the Border Nurse Assistant Certificate Program. The program aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of the curriculum structure, teaching and learning approaches, and the unique context of healthcare and public health services in border areas. Through knowledge sharing by experienced experts and distinguished speakers, the students will strengthen their competencies and be well prepared for both their academic studies and future roles within the border health service system. Throughout the program, Anchalee Thammavut and Nisarat Rungserichai, Senior Professional Nurses serving as class instructors, provided guidance and support to the students during all activities.

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30 น. ณ แม่ตาวคลินิก อำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จังหวัดตาก พร้อมด้วยคณะแพทย์ พยาบาล บุคลากรโรงพยาบาลแม่สอด และเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯ เข้าร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรแก่ผู้ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรเวชศาสตร์ฉุกเฉิน และหลักสูตรการป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อในสถานพยาบาล (Infection Prevention and Control: IPC) พร้อมร่วมพิธีเปิดอาคารหน่วยฉุกเฉิน (Emergency Care Unit: ECU) และเยี่ยมชมการดำเนินงานของแม่ตาวคลินิก

โอกาสนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์วรพงษ์ มนัสเกียรติ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและบริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหารคณะแพทยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เข้าร่วมพิธี

On Thursday, 2 July 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at Mae Tao Clinic, Mae Sot District, Tak Province, Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Rames Vongvilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center, together with physicians, nurses, staff of Mae Sot Hospital, and personnel from the Tak Border Health Learning Center, attended the certificate presentation ceremony for participants who successfully completed the Emergency Medicine Training Program and the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Training Program. They also joined the opening ceremony of the Emergency Care Unit (ECU) building and toured the operations of Mae Tao Clinic.

On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Woraphong Manuskiatti, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Academic Services, Mahidol University, together with the executive team from the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, honored the event with their presence.

วันอาทิตย์ที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 08.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมแก้วโกเมน อาคารกรมสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก ผศ.(พิเศษ) นพ.รเมศ ว่องวิไลรัตน์ ผอ.รพ.แม่สอด ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯ มอบหมายให้ พว.อัญชลี ธรรมวุฒิ พยาบาลวิชาชีพชำนาญการพิเศษ ปฏิบัติหน้าที่หัวหน้าศูนย์เรียนรู้ฯ ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร และคณาจารย์จากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี พุทธชินราช เนื่องในการจัดกิจกรรมปฐมนิเทศ และฝึกภาคปฏิบัติหลักสูตรการอบรมระยะสั้นทางการพยาบาล : การพยาบาลทารกแรกเกิดในเขตพื้นที่ชายแดน รุ่นที่ 1 การอบรมครั้งนี้มีพยาบาลวิชาชีพจากโรงพยาบาลชายแดนจังหวัดตาก 5 แห่ง ได้แก่ โรงพยาบาลแม่สอด แม่ระมาด พบพระ ท่าสองยาง และอุ้มผาง เข้าร่วมจำนวน 24 คน โดยมุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านความรู้และทักษะการดูแลทารกแรกเกิด เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพแม่และเด็ก และเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งของระบบสาธารณสุขในพื้นที่ชายแดนอย่างยั่งยืน

On Sunday, 21 June 2026, at 08:30 A.M, at the Kaew Komen Meeting Room, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Building, Mae Sot Hospital, Tak Province, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ramate Wongwilairat, M.D, Director of Mae Sot Hospital and Acting Director of the Tak Border Health Learning Center, has assigned Ms. Anchalee Thammawut, Senior Professional Nurse and also acting as Head of the Tak Border Health Learning Center, to welcome the executive board and faculty members from Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Phutthachinaraj, on the occasion of the orientation activity and practical training for the Short Course in Nursing: Newborn Care in Border Areas, Batch 1.

This training session was attended by 24 professional nurses from five border-area hospitals in Tak Province, namely Mae Sot, Mae Ramat, Phop Phra, Tha Song Yang, and Umphang Hospitals. The program aims to develop knowledge and skills in newborn care, thereby elevating the quality of maternal and child health services and sustainably strengthening the public health system in border areas.
