- ะ & -ั lesson
- ะ is sàrà à. We will use it when that word doesn't have a final consonant.
E.g.
1. กะ => you can read about the word spelling like this - กอ (gor) + อะ (à) = กะ (gà)
2. จะ => จอ (jor) + อะ (à) = จะ (jà)
3. นะ => นอ (nor) + อะ (à) = นะ (ná)
The meaning of these words
1. กะ (gà ) - (prep.) With, to, at
- (noun) shift ; turn ; duty
- (verb) [to] estimate ; calculate
2. จะ (jà) - will, shall
3. นะ (ná) - particle used to make a sentence seem softer, more persuasive or less abrupt
*** The inherent vowel of - ะ is -ั ***
We call -ั is ไม้หันอากาศ (mái hăn aa-gàat = mai hanakat)
How to read the word spelling of some word has mai hanakat.
1. We will read from vowel letter
- รัก (rák = love) => รอ (ror) + อะ (à) + กอ (gor) = รัก (rák)
- วัน (wan = day) => วอ (wor) + อะ (à) + นอ (nor) = วัน (wan)
2. We will read from the sound form
- รัก = รอ (ror) + ไม้หันอากาศ (mai hanakat) + กอ (gor) = รัก (rák)
- วัน = วอ (wor) + ไม้หันอากาศ (mai hanakat) + น (nor) = วัน (wan)
