GED ပညာရေးက ပညာရေးထွက်ပေါက်တစ်ခုလား (သို့မဟုတ်) အရည်အသွေးရဲ့ စိန်ခေါ်မှုလား

GED (General Educational Development) ဆိုတာ အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုနဲ့ ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝန်းက နိုင်ငံအများအပြားမှာ အထက်တန်းအောင်လက်မှတ်နဲ့ ညီမျှတဲ့ အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်တစ်ခုပါ။ မူလကတော့ အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် ပုံမှန်အထက်တန်းပညာကို ဆုံးခန်းတိုင်အောင် မတက်ရောက်နိုင်ခဲ့သူတွေအတွက် ပညာရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်တွေ ဖန်တီးပေးဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ခဲ့တာပါ။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ လက်ရှိနိုင်ငံရေးအခြေအနေကြောင့် အထက်တန်းပညာရေးလမ်းကြောင်း ပိတ်ဆို့သွားရတဲ့ ကလေးငယ်တွေအတွက် GED ဟာ အမှန်တကယ်ပဲ အရေးပါတဲ့ ထွက်ပေါက်တံခါးတစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပုံမှန်ကျောင်းစနစ်နဲ့ အဆင်မပြေသူတွေ၊ ပညာရေးစနစ် ပြတ်တောက်နေသူတွေအတွက် ဒုတိယအခွင့်အလမ်းကို ပေးနိုင်သလို၊ အချိန်တိုအတွင်း ပြီးမြောက်နိုင်တာကြောင့် အလုပ်အကိုင်အခွင့်အလမ်းတွေနဲ့ အဆင့်မြင့်ပညာရေးဆီ ဆက်လက်တက်လှမ်းနိုင်ဖို့ လမ်းဖွင့်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။

ဒါပေမဲ့ အခုနောက်ပိုင်းမှာတော့ GED ပညာရေးရဲ့ အရည်အသွေးနဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး စိုးရိမ်စရာ မေးခွန်းတွေ ထွက်ပေါ်လာနေပါတယ်။ အထူးသဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ လက်ရှိအခြေအနေမှာ GED အောင်မှတ်ကို ပေါပေါသီးသီး ရရှိလာခြင်းနဲ့ အရည်အသွေးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ စိန်ခေါ်မှုတွေက ပိုမိုထင်ရှားလာပါတယ်။ အချို့သောသူတွေက GED စာမေးပွဲဖြေဆိုပြီးထားသူတွေဆီက မှတ်ထားတဲ့ မေးခွန်းတွေကို ပြန်လည်လေ့ကျင့်ရင်း အောင်ချက်ကောင်းလာတာကို သတိပြုမိလာကြပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ အကြောင်းအရာကို နက်နက်နဲနဲ သင်ကြားပေးခြင်းထက် စာမေးပွဲအောင်မြင်ဖို့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ အသိပညာအဆင့်ကိုသာ ရည်ရွယ်ပြီး နက်ရှိုင်းတဲ့ သင်ယူမှုကို အားမပေးဘူးလို့ ဆိုကြပါတယ်။ ဒီလိုအခြေအနေတွေကြောင့် GED ပညာရေးဟာ တကယ်ကော အဆင့်နိမ့်ကျသွားပြီလား၊ ဒါမှမဟုတ် အရည်အချင်းထက် လက်မှတ်ရရှိရေးအတွက်သာ ဦးတည်နေပြီလားဆိုတဲ့ မေးခွန်းတွေ မေးစရာဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။

အချို့အလုပ်ရှင်တွေကလည်း GED လက်မှတ်ကို ပုံမှန်အထက်တန်းအောင်လက်မှတ်ထက် အဆင့်နိမ့်တယ်လို့ ယူဆတတ်ကြပြီး အလုပ်ခန့်ထားရာမှာ ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုတွေလည်း ရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ကောလိပ်ဝင်ခွင့်ရဖို့ လွယ်ကူပေမယ့် ကောလိပ်ပညာရေးကို ဆက်လက်လိုက်ပါနိုင်မယ့် အရည်အချင်းပြည့်မီမှုအပေါ် မေးခွန်းထုတ်မှုတွေလည်း ရှိနေပါတယ်။ GED နဲ့ ကောလိပ်တက်ရောက်သူတွေဟာ ပုံမှန်အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်သူတွေထက် ပညာရေးမှာ အခက်အခဲပိုမိုကြုံတွေ့ရနိုင်တယ်လို့ လေ့လာမှုအချို့က ဖော်ပြပါတယ်။

🎓 ထိုင်ဝမ်နိုင်ငံရှိ National Taiwan Library (NTL) မှ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်အတွက် သုတေသနပညာတော်သင်ဆု (Fellowship) လျှောက်လွှာများ ခေါ်ယူနေပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း သတင်းကောင်းပါးအပ်ပါသည်။

Scholarship Opportunity at Chulalongkorn University

The BBA International Program, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Chulalongkorn University, will grant scholarships to international students for tuition and special fees for the Fall, Spring, and Summer semester.

It is the program’s effort to recruit international students in order to internationalize our learning environment.

Full scholarships covering tuition and special fees for the first academic year will be offered to every international student admitted to the program for admission 2025.

However, the only partial scholarship of THB 55,000 will be offered in the second semester in the first year if the student’s GPA is lower than 3.00.

For the remaining academic years, every international student admitted to the program for admission 2025 will be offered with the partial scholarships consist of THB 55,000 (approximately USD 1,774) for Fall Semester, THB 55,000 (approximately USD 1,774) for Spring Semester, and THB 31,500 (approximately USD 1,016) for Summer Semester.

Call for application to join gender studies online certificate course through RCSD, Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University, and Thanakha International Gender Tekkatho. This interdisciplinary introduction examines the social, cultural, and historical construction of gender, intersecting with race, class, sexuality, and more. We'll delve into key concepts, including the social construction of masculinity and femininity, and analyze gender's impact across diverse contexts.

This course aims to:

- Introduce core gender studies concepts.
- Foster critical thinking.
- Sensitize students to power structures and gender-based violence.
- Analyze the link between gender equality and democracy.

Open to Myanmar students (men and women) with internet access. The course will be offered twice, in two separate four-week sessions (2 hours per week), with the same curriculum in each session. Instruction will be provided in both Burmese/Myanmar and English. No tuition fees. Led by Dr. Ma Khin Mar Mar Kyi (University of Oxford, RCSD, and Women’s Studies Center, Chiang Mai University) and other gender scholars.
