Debate Training of Trainers (ToT) for Burmese Migrant Teachers' Association

မေလ ၁၂၊ ၁၃၊ ၁၄ နှင့် ၁၆ ရက်နေ့များတွင် BMTA နှင့် Thabyay Education Foundation တို့ ပူးပေါင်းပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သော Debate Training of Trainers (ToT) သင်တန်းကို BMTA မိတ်ဖက်ကျောင်းများမှ ဆရာ၊ဆရာမ(၂၈)ဦး တက်ရောက်အောင်မြင်ခဲ့ပြီး သင်တန်းဆင်းလက်မှတ်များကိုလည်း ပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ (၄)ရက်တာသင်တန်းပို့ချပေးခဲ့သော ဆရာ၊ဆရာမများ နှင့် တက်ရောက်လေ့လာသင်ယူခဲ့ကြသော ဆရာ၊ဆရာမများအားလည်း အထူးပင်ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိပါသည်။

အားလုံးပဲမင်္ဂလာပါ

၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ်၊ မေလထဲမှာ BMTA နဲ့ Kaw Saw Raw ကနေ ဦးဆောင်ပြုလုပ်သွားမဲ့ Teacher Preparation Training ရှိပါတယ်။ မိမိတို့ကျောင်းမှာရှိတဲ့ ဆရာ၊ဆရာမ အသစ်၊ Grade 12တက်ရောက်အောင်မြင်ထားသော ကျောင်းသား၊ကျောင်းသူများ၊ GED ပြီးမြောက်ထားသော ကျောင်းသား၊ကျောင်းသူများကို ဒီသင်တန်းမှာ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်နိုင်ဖို့ အဓိကတိုက်တွန်းလိုပါတယ်။

သင်တန်းနဲ့ပက်သက်တဲ့ အချက်အလက်ကိုတော့ အောက်မှာ အသေးစိတ်ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါတယ်။

သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်မဲ့သူတွေအနေနဲ့ Application Form ကို BMTA ရုံးမှာ ဆက်သွယ်ရယူ ဖြည့်စွက်ပြီး (၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ်၊ မေလ၊ ၂ ရက်နေ့) နောက်ဆုံးထားပြီး ပြန်လည်ပေးပို့ပေးဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

ထပ်မံသိရှိလိုတဲ့အကြောင်းအရာများရှိပါကလည်း BMTA ရုံးသို့ ဆက်သွယ်မေးမြန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။

BEAM Education Foundation is calling for new applications to our Community Youth Leader Development Program for the 2025-26 school year. Community Youth Leader Development Program (CYLD) is the updated design of the former higher education preparation program (GED program), which operated as one of the major activities at BEAM since its establishment in 2010.

WHAT IS THE CYLD PROGRAM?

The Community Youth Leader Development (CYLD) Program is designed to not only prepare you to pass the GED exam but also to develop a wide range of skills in leadership, communication, responsibility, self-development, and community engagement.
This yearlong program is for serious learners who are strongly motivated and ready to engage in rigorous academic and leadership training. While GED preparation is deeply challenging, this is NOT just a GED program; graduates from the CYLD program will be prepared for higher education and leadership within their communities.

HYBRID LEARNING FORMAT

The CYLD Program for the 2025-2026 academic year will be hybrid, offering both in-person and online options. This means that students can participate in the program either in-person in Chiang Mai or entirely online via Zoom, depending on their individual circumstances.

WHO CAN APPLY?

We encourage individuals ages 16 and up from marginalized communities, particularly Myanmar migrants and refugees, with strong aspirations and a commitment to preparing for higher education and community leadership to apply for the program. Applicants should have an intermediate level of English language skill (at least B1) at a minimum. CYLD program instruction is in English only.

What is the application process?

1. APPLY - The application is open starting TODAY (February 3rd) until March 3rd, 2025 (11:55 pm Thailand Time)
2. ENTRANCE EXAM - select students will be invited to take the CYLD entrance exam in March 2025.
3. INTERVIEW - Students with the highest marks on the entrance exam will be invited to interview with CYLD staff in April-May 2025
4. SELECTION - final selections will be announced in June 2025.
