Announcement to the School Community

Dear Crossroad Families,

We are excited to announce that the 2025-2026 academic year will officially begin on Tuesday, 29 July 2025.
To help our students and families prepare for a wonderful start, we warmly invite you to our “Meet the Teacher Day” on Friday, 25 July 2025, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.
This will be a great opportunity to meet the teachers, explore the classrooms, and get ready for an amazing year of learning and growth together.
As we look forward to this new school year, we pray for God’s abundant blessings upon each of you.
May He guide and strengthen us all as we embark on this journey together.

Student Report Collection Information

Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please be informed that student reports will be available for collection as follows:

Report Collection Schedule:
Friday, 20 June 2025 – from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday next week (23-27 June 2025) – from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Collection Guidelines:
Primary students: Reports must be collected by parents or guardians.
Secondary students: Reports may be collected by the students or their parents/guardians.
Our office team will be available at school during the collection times above to assist you. If you have any questions or need further support, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

As we conclude a wonderful school year, please take note of the following important holiday schedule:

📅 Last Day of School & Early Dismissal:

20 June 2025 will be the final day for both students and teachers.

( Note: Early pick-up time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM )

🏢 Administrative Office Hours:

The school office will remain open from 23 June to 27 June, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, for any inquiries or administrative needs.

🏖️ Full School Closure:

The entire school, including the admin office, will be closed from 28 June to 20 July.

🔔 Office Reopens & Staff Return:

All staff will return, and the school office will resume normal operations starting 21 July 2025, in preparation for enrollment and other logistics.

( Note: The office phone will be available for inquiries starting July 7, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.)

🎒 First Day of the New School Year:

The 2025–2026 academic year will officially begin on 29 July 2025 (Tuesday).

We wish all our students, families, and staff a safe, restful, and joyful holiday. We look forward to welcoming everyone back soon!
