✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the elementary or secondary level
• Strong belief in student potential with a positive and nurturing attitude
• Design and implement teaching focused on active teaching strategies, incorporated deep learning approach in the small/mid-sized classroom
• Apply and utilize teaching materials - for example, Google Drive: Slide/docs/sheet/Form, Kahoot via electronics devices
• Skills in empathy, collaboration, attention to detail, and an open mindset
• Willingness to engage in mentoring and coaching sessions for continuous improvement and impact on learners

✅ คุณสมบัติที่เรามองหา:
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์สอนอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในระดับประถมหรือมัธยมศึกษา
• เชื่อมั่นในศักยภาพของผู้เรียน และมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการพัฒนาผู้เรียน
• ออกแบบและปฏิบัติการสอนที่เน้นการสอนแบบ Active Teaching และพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เรียนรู้โดย Deep Learning Approach ในห้องเรียนขนาดเล็ก-กลาง
• ประยุกต์ใช้สื่อการสอนต่างๆ อาทิ Google Drive: Slide/docs/sheet/Form, Kahoot ผ่านอุปกรณ์อิเล็คทรอนิกส์ต่างๆได้
• มีทักษะด้านความเข้าอกเข้าใจผู้อื่น (Empathy), การทำงานเป็นทีม, ความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
• มีแนวคิดเปิดกว้าง พร้อมรับการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ยินดีเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Mentoring / Coaching เพื่อเพิ่มพลังในการสอนให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่แท้จริง
