Remember Kannika Chaisura, our amazing fourth-year student on her Erasmus+ scholarship at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland? 🌟 She's back with more exciting updates from her exchange journey! 📖🍃
💡 Academic Insights:
"My academic experience at Haaga-Helia has been going pretty well. The learning style here is quite different from what I’m used to in Thailand. There’s a strong focus on independent learning, which has definitely pushed me to manage my time better and stay organized. I think these skills will be really useful for me in the future, both academically and professionally.
A highlight this month was visiting the Finnish Parliament House in Helsinki. It was such an interesting experience and a great opportunity to learn more about the political system. The guided tour made it even more engaging, and I appreciated getting an inside look at how things work here."
👩💼 Personal Growth Journey:
"Living in Finland continues to be both a challenging and rewarding experience. I’ve been trying to step out of my comfort zone and be more open to new experiences and perspectives. From trying traditional Finnish foods to exploring local areas, I’ve gained a lot of confidence and independence.
It’s not always easy, especially with the cold weather and long dark days, but I’ve started to adapt. Spending time with friends from different countries has helped a lot this month. It’s been wonderful to get to know them, exchange experiences, and learn about their cultures. These connections have made the winter days feel a lot warmer. Overall, these experiences have helped me grow both personally and professionally."
