I started teaching what I truly belive was the first ever the Tao / Art of hands on yoga adjustments in 2015. I’m honored to have inspired others to try to follow my teachings, but this is different then saying inhale exhale, you need to understand energy, breath and the mind set of your student .. no adjustments is ever the same, this is a unique opportunity to study with me and truly understand why you adjust, why you don’t, and how to transfer energy properly, adjustments are a advanced level of teaching and sharing your love and passion for yoga 🙏🏽.
