IGCSE Economics Pearson Edexcel Question Types and Answering Techniques
2. Analyse question is second important question type students need to know. (6 Marks Question)
There has 3 questions per each paper and one question is 6 marks.
~~How do the students answer that question types?
^^That is very easy when we know the answering technique.
When the student answer Analyse questions, they have to search key words in the question. For example,
Analyse how business activity can damage the environment in a country such as Chile.
In above sample question, key words are business activity, damage and the environment’.
‘damage’ is negative impact. So, the students need to consider causes and consequences of negative effects on the environment.
would enough if the students explain at least two causes with 4 or 5 links of detail explanation as below rules. #
- state one point (1 mark)
- explain causes (1 mark)
- explain consequences (1 mark)
- state second point (1 mark)
- explain causes (1 mark)
- explain consequences (1 mark)
