for successfully presenting their academic paper, "Assessing Generation Z's Perceptions and Willingness to Pay for Green Wellness Housing in Bangkok," as part of the EB391 Business Research course, at the 18th NPRU National Academic Conference, held on July 9–10, 2026, at Mida Grande Hotel Dhavaravati, Nakhon Pathom.

This achievement was made possible under the invaluable guidance and mentorship of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dumrong Adunyarittigun, whose dedication and expertise continue to inspire excellence in research.
