From finding her voice in Model United Nations to leading her House on Sports Day, Tamia Montes has embraced every opportunity to grow during her time at BISP.

Joining the school in 2024, Tamia quickly immersed herself in academics, debate, tennis and music, developing the confidence, leadership and critical thinking skills that have shaped her ambition to pursue a career in law with a focus on international law.

Reflecting on her journey, Tamia shares:
"Get involved. Talk to people, try new things and don't be afraid to put yourself out there. That's how you find your community, your interests and your confidence."

Tamia leaves BISP with far more than academic success. She takes with her the resilience, curiosity and leadership skills to make a positive impact wherever her future leads.

Hayley Ueckermann has been part of the BISP family since August 2011, growing up within the school community and leaving a lasting impression through her energy, leadership, and adventurous spirit. After graduation, she plans to begin an exciting new chapter working as a boat deckhand.

A High Performance athlete and former Red Team House Captain, Hayley embraced every opportunity to challenge herself during her years at BISP. Her leadership role allowed her to motivate others, build school spirit, and develop the confidence to guide her peers. Through sport, she also cultivated discipline, resilience, and a deep appreciation for teamwork.

Hayley’s Senior School journey inspired her to explore the world, embrace new experiences, and pursue a path beyond the traditional route. Her decision to enter the maritime industry reflects the courage, independence, and adventurous mindset she has developed throughout her time at BISP.

Hayley leaves the BISP community as a bold and capable young woman, ready to embrace new horizons with enthusiasm, determination, and a spirit of adventure.

What a fantastic Week 2! 🌴✨
Adventure, creativity, sport, laughter and new friendships filled every day as our campers made the most of another unforgettable week at Summer@BISP.
From surfing and Muay Thai to arts, cooking, outdoor games, water adventures and exciting challenges, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
🌟 Week 3 started today, and we can't wait for even more fun, new experiences and amazing memories!

🤸‍♀️ Celebrating a fantastic season of gymnastics!
Our annual Phuket Gymnastics Internal Competition brought together gymnasts from across the programme to celebrate a year of hard work, perseverance and personal growth.
From our youngest preschool gymnasts competing for the very first time to our experienced Level 5 athletes, every student demonstrated confidence, resilience and the skills they have developed throughout the season. The day was filled with outstanding performances, encouragement, teamwork and a wonderful sense of community.
A special thank you to our visiting judges from Bangkok Patana School, whose expertise and feedback made the event even more meaningful.

Chiara has been part of the BISP community across multiple stages of her education, from the Early Years through to graduation, and leaves with a strong sense of purpose, determination, and community spirit. She plans to continue her studies in Australia, where she will pursue Physiotherapy.

A High Performance athlete, Chiara has balanced elite sporting commitments with academic study while remaining deeply engaged in school life. Her passion for endurance sport flourished through the BISP Triathlon Academy, where she developed the resilience, discipline, and determination that have shaped both her athletic and personal journey.

Beyond sport, Chiara has also demonstrated leadership through service and initiative. Her involvement in charity and community projects helped her strengthen her communication skills, develop effective time management, and gain the confidence to lead meaningful initiatives. She also explored her interest in health and wellbeing through creative academic projects, including designing a healthy cookbook for athletes.

Chiara leaves BISP as a resilient and compassionate young woman who has embraced challenge and growth at every stage of her journey. As she begins this exciting next chapter, she looks forward to combining her passion for sport with a commitment to helping others live healthier, more active lives.

👏 Well done to our talented BISP performers! 🌟

We are delighted to recognise five talented BISP students who were invited to perform during the half-time show at a Phuket United football match at Surakul Stadium.

Performing in front of the local community was a fantastic opportunity for our students to showcase their musical talents while representing BISP with confidence and professionalism.

Phuket United is a community-focused football club dedicated not only to developing the sport across the island but also to creating opportunities for young people through initiatives in sport, music, art and community engagement. The invitation reflected the shared values between Phuket United and BISP, both of which are committed to helping young people discover and develop their talents beyond the classroom.

Experiences such as these give students the chance to perform in new environments, build confidence and engage with the wider Phuket community, while demonstrating the important role music can play in bringing people together.

Congratulations to all of the students involved for representing the school so brilliantly. We are incredibly proud of your achievement and look forward to seeing you continue to share your talents both on and off the BISP stage.

AOI x Mahidol University Faculty of Science
Establishing a stronger science pathway for AOI students
On 30 June 2026, Arthit Ourairat Institution (AOI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, marking an important step in strengthening science and STEM learning across the AOI group of schools.
This collaboration is designed to connect secondary students with Mahidol’s academic expertise through university-level science exposure, faculty-led learning experiences, laboratory development, student evaluation, and structured pathway guidance for students interested in science, medical sciences, and related STEM fields.
For AOI, this partnership reflects a commitment to developing meaningful academic pathways that connect secondary school learning with university-level science disciplines and give students clearer exposure to future study options.
The pathway is being developed as a group-wide academic initiative for AOI schools, creating a stronger bridge between secondary learning and university-level science education.

☀️ What a fantastic start to Summer@BISP 2026!
Our first week of Summer Camp was filled with smiles, new friendships and unforgettable experiences as campers enjoyed an exciting programme of activities across the campus and beyond.
From Adventure Sports, Football, Coding and English to creative sessions in Early Years and Lower Primary, every day brought new opportunities to learn, explore and have fun. Campers also enjoyed exciting excursions, team challenges, arts and crafts, water activities, go-karting, climbing, cooking, diving, group games and so much more!
It was wonderful to welcome so many enthusiastic campers and watch them build confidence, develop new skills and create lasting memories together.
A huge thank you to our incredible staff and activity leaders for making Week 1 such a success.
