Pop-Up & Eco-Garden Collaboration at HHIS!

Following their Year 7 Pop-Up Project, Bush Rangers and Green Fire Foundation helped bring new life to our Eco-Garden through recycling awareness events, planting pollution-eating plants, learning about composting and worms, and growing new seeds and saplings.

A fantastic hands-on learning experience focused on sustainability, teamwork, and caring for our environment.

Year 3 had a fantastic trip to the Blue Swimming Crab Release Centre at Khao Takiab as part of their inquiry into Oceans as a Global Resource. Students released marine animals back into their natural habitat, learned about marine conservation, and took part in a beach litter pick. We are very proud of their enthusiasm and commitment to protecting our environment.

*Remarks:
- Minimum age requirement is 15 years old
- This course includes Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Participants who do not currently hold a valid CPR certification may still attend the course and complete both the theory and practical assessments.

A fantastic achievement by our U15 Girls Football Team at the annual Patana 7s Tournament in Bangkok!

After months of hard work and training, the Hawks delivered an outstanding performance against some of the top teams in South East Asia, with impressive wins against teams from Hong Kong and Bangkok. Following a dramatic penalty shootout victory in the semi-final, the team proudly finished as Plate Runners-Up. An incredible achievement, especially with five of our players competing above their age group. Throughout the weekend, the girls showed resilience, teamwork, and fantastic team spirit.

Well done to Prim, Mila, Alisa, Marla, Phoenix, Lara, Angy, Izzy, Emilie, and Peggy for representing HHIS with such pride.

EY3 and Y5 students joined forces in their Buddy Time today to continue building the new wicking beds in the Eco Garden. Working together, they carefully measured the depth of the gravel, laid the geotextile cloth, filled the beds with soil, and finished by tidying the area beautifully. The garden is really starting to take shape, and now comes the fun part… deciding which vegetables we should grow!
