🧬 Exploring Long-Read Sequencing with Oxford Nanopore!

Our M.Sc. and Ph.D. Microbiology students at the Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University recently participated in a hands-on workshop on Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing technology.

A special thanks to BioDesign Co., Ltd. for organizing this excellent training session and sharing their expertise with our students.

Participants had the opportunity to learn and practice:

🧪 DNA library preparation and sequencing workflow
💻 Genomic data analysis tools

Long-read sequencing technology plays an important role in many research areas, including:
