🧡 มฟล. ร่วมระดมความคิดเห็นจัดทำแนวทางการดำเนินงานอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค ปีงบประมาณ 2570 เชื่อมพลังเครือข่ายขับเคลื่อนระบบนวัตกรรมไทย 🚀
เมื่อวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดีและผู้อำนวยการโครงการอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคเหนือ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และ นายกานต์กุญช์ บำรุงชาติ หัวหน้าส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย รักษาการแทนหัวหน้าส่วนจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและนวัตกรรม เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการระดมความคิดเห็นเพื่อจัดทำแนวทางการดำเนินงานอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 ซึ่งจัดโดยกลุ่มอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ระหว่างวันที่ 18–20 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุม Maris Ballroom โรงแรมเซ็นทารา ไลฟ์ มาริส – รีสอร์ท จอมเทียน อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยมีผู้บริหารและผู้แทนจากอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคและหน่วยงานเครือข่ายเข้าร่วม เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและร่วมกำหนดทิศทางการดำเนินงานของอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคในระยะต่อไป 🤝
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจร่วมกันเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายด้านการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ตลอดจนเปิดเวทีให้ผู้บริหารและผู้ปฏิบัติงานจากอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคในแต่ละพื้นที่ได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ มุมมอง และข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับบริบท ศักยภาพ และความต้องการของแต่ละภูมิภาค 💡
ภายในกิจกรรม มีการนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคกับการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย อว. รวมถึงแนวทางการดำเนินงานอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคในระยะ 1–5 ปี (พ.ศ. 2569–2573) โดยผู้บริหารจากอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคในแต่ละภูมิภาคและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมถ่ายทอดมุมมองและประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการดำเนินงานและมุมมองเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมกัน 🧠
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการนำเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 พร้อมเปิดรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากผู้เข้าร่วม เพื่อร่วมกันพิจารณาประเด็นสำคัญและข้อเสนอแนะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินงานในปีงบประมาณ 2570 ให้มีความชัดเจน สอดคล้อง และสนับสนุนทิศทางการพัฒนาระบบอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ของประเทศ
ในช่วงบ่าย มีการประชุมกลุ่มย่อยเพื่อระดมความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ โดยแบ่งกลุ่มตามภูมิภาค ได้แก่ อุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคภาคเหนือและเครือข่าย ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและเครือข่าย ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างและเครือข่าย และภาคใต้และเครือข่าย พร้อมทั้งมีการประชุมกลุ่มย่อยสำหรับผู้อำนวยการอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองในระดับบริหารและร่วมพิจารณาแนวทางการดำเนินงานในระยะต่อไป 🤝
การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในฐานะอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคภาคเหนือ สะท้อนถึงบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในการมีส่วนร่วมกำหนดทิศทางและพัฒนาระบบอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ของประเทศ ผ่านการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวปฏิบัติร่วมกับเครือข่ายอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนากลไกสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการ การวิจัย เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมให้สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของพื้นที่และภาคเศรษฐกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 🚀
ทั้งนี้ การระดมความคิดเห็นร่วมกันของอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาคและเครือข่ายจากทั่วประเทศ ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน พร้อมเปิดโอกาสให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างพื้นที่และการต่อยอดความร่วมมือระหว่างเครือข่าย อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และเสริมสร้างบทบาทของอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ในการนำองค์ความรู้ วิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี การวิจัย และนวัตกรรมไปสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่ม ยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน 🌱
Mae Fah Luang University Joins Stakeholders in Developing the 2027 Operational Guidelines for Regional Science Parks, Strengthening Collaboration to Drive Thailand’s Innovation Ecosystem
On 19 August 2026, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), represented by Prof. Dr.Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President and Director of the Northern Science Park, Mae Fah Luang University, and Mr. Karnkul Bumroongchad, Head of the Research Administration Division and Acting Head of the Intellectual Property and Innovation Management Division, participated in a stakeholder consultation workshop to develop operational guidelines for Regional Science Parks for Fiscal Year 2027. The workshop was organized by the Science Park Group, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), and was held from 18–20 August 2026 at the Maris Ballroom, Centara Life Maris Resort Jomtien, Sattahip, Chonburi.
The event brought together executives and representatives from Regional Science Parks and partner organizations to exchange perspectives and jointly determine the future direction of Regional Science Park operations.
The workshop aimed to build a shared understanding of the role of Regional Science Parks in advancing national policies on higher education, science, research, and innovation. It also provided a platform for executives and practitioners from Regional Science Parks across the country to exchange experiences, perspectives, and recommendations, with the goal of developing operational approaches that reflect the unique contexts, potential, and needs of each region.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the role of Regional Science Parks in supporting MHESI policies, as well as the 1–5 year operational framework for Regional Science Parks (2026–2030). Executives from Regional Science Parks in different regions and relevant organizations shared their perspectives and experiences in developing science park ecosystems, fostering strategic dialogue and exchanging approaches to future operations.
The event also featured a presentation on the Regional Science Park Operational Guidelines for Fiscal Year 2027, followed by an open discussion and consultation session. Participants were invited to provide input and recommendations on key issues related to the implementation of the 2027 operational framework, ensuring that the guidelines are clear, aligned, and supportive of the overall development direction of Thailand’s national science park system.
In the afternoon, breakout sessions were held to gather input on Regional Science Park operations. Participants were divided into regional groups, including the Northern Regional Science Park and its network, Northeastern Regional Science Park and its network, Lower Northeastern Regional Science Park and its network, and Southern Regional Science Park and its network. A separate breakout session was also held for Regional Science Park directors to exchange management perspectives and jointly consider strategic approaches for future operations.
Mae Fah Luang University’s participation as the Northern Regional Science Park reflects the University’s active role in contributing to the development and direction of Thailand’s science park ecosystem. Through the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices with science park networks nationwide, MFU will continue to strengthen mechanisms that support entrepreneurs, research, technology, and innovation, enabling them to effectively respond to the needs of local communities and the broader economy.
The collaborative consultation among Regional Science Parks and their nationwide networks serves as an important mechanism for aligning operations toward a common direction, while creating opportunities for cross-regional learning and strengthening collaboration among networks. These efforts will contribute to the development of more effective operational approaches and reinforce the role of Regional Science Parks in translating knowledge, science, technology, research, and innovation into added value, enhancing competitiveness, and driving sustainable economic and social development for Thailand.
