I can't wait.✅

I'M WAITING is correct English.

However, it sounds impatient. It sounds like you are annoyed with the other person, and you want them to hurry up.

If you are happy and excited for something to happen, it's better to say I CAN'T WAIT.

I CANT WAIT sounds friendly and positive.

It means that waiting is difficult because you are so excited for this thing to happen.

Examples:

I'm waiting for your next video! Hurry up! What's wrong with you?!😠

I can't wait for your next video! I'm sure it will be so interesting!😁

How to use NEED and WANT:

If you NEED something, it is very important. It is necessary. Without this thing, you will have a problem.

If you WANT something, you believe it is good. You believe it will make you happy. But you will probably be fine without it.

Animals and plants need water to survive.
I need to go to work, or my boss will fire me.
We need to leave now, or we will be late.
I need your report by tomorrow afternoon.

My children want to go to Disney World.
I want to see a movie this weekend.
My dog wants me to play with her.
Erika wants a new designer handbag.
