ขอบคุณ คุณ Joakim ที่มาแชร์ความประทับใจให้พวกเราได้อมยิ้มไปด้วยกัน ซาบซึ้งใจมากๆค่ะ 😊

คุณ Joakim มาด้วยปัญหาข้อเท้าอักเสบเรื้อรังมานาน เท้าบวมม่วง ข้อเท้ารับน้ำหนักไม่ได้ และวันนี้ข้อเท้าและเท้าของเขาดีขึ้นมาก ความบวมลดลง เลือดลมไหลเวียนดี ข้อเท้าสมดุลขึ้น เดินลงบันไดได้สะดวก และก้มตัวใส่รองเท้าได้เร็วกว่าเมื่อก่อน รวมถึงสุขภาพโดยรวมก็ดีขึ้นมาก คุณ Joakim ขอบคุณครูทุกวันที่เจอ คนเป็นครูก็ปีติและซาบซึ้งไปด้วย ดีใจที่ได้เป็นประโยชน์และช่วยเหลือศิษย์ทุกคนค่ะ

วันหลังครูจะพาไปสัมภาษณ์ผลลัพธ์และความประทับใจของลูกศิษย์แต่ละคนอีกนะคะ

Internal practice is to cultivate the latent energies and skills that are lying dormant inside our body and mind. Only the student can get in touch with them through their own study and practice. A teacher merely shares their methodology they used to acquire the skills for themselves, pointing the way. The student must take their own journey all by themselves.
