A Little Update
Due to an unexpected accident, I will need to undergo surgery and take some time to recover.
Because of this, all cooking class bookings during March–April will unfortunately need to be cancelled.
If you would like, I’d be happy to recommend or refer you to some other wonderful cooking classes.
My replies may be a little slower than usual during this time, but I truly appreciate your understanding and kindness.

Yes! the banana flower! But not all blossoms are friendly, some can be bitter and astringent 😉
Just slice a little piece and taste, If the bitterness is gentle and still pleasant, then it’s perfect to turn into a fresh, beautiful salad.

Cooking class: #น้ำพริกหนุ่ม Another day spoiling my vegan lovers 💚 truly Northern Thai treats "nam prik noom" one of my favorite Northern Thai dips, and it’s incredibly easy to make!
Just grill some green chilies, garlic, and shallots until nicely charred and fragrant. Peel them, then pound everything together with a pinch of salt and tiny bit of soy sauce (or blend roughly if you prefer). That’s it!
Simple ingredients, big smoky flavor, and sooo... delicious 😋🌶️ Perfect with fresh veggies or warm sticky rice.
