🔘สวัสดีครับแฟนเพจ วันนี้แอดมินขอมานำเสนอ “ฝุ่นควัน PM 2.5 ภัยร้ายต่อลูกรักในครรภ์” เนื่องจาก PM 2.5 มีขนาดเล็กมากทำให้เข้าสู่ร่างกายผ่านจมูกเข้าไปยังปอดและหลอดเลือด ซึ่งสารพิษส่งผลผ่านสายสะดือไปยังลูกน้อยและทำให้ร่างกายได้รับออกซิเจนไม่เพียงพอ ส่งผลต่อปริมาณออกซิเจนที่จะไปหล่อเลี้ยงลูกในครรภ์ ถ้าได้รับเป็นปริมาณมากหรือเป็นเวลานาจะส่งผลต่อหญิงที่ตั้งครรภ์ เช่น โรคหลอดเลือดในสมอง โรคหัวใจ รวมทั้งอาการผิดปกติต่างๆ และส่งผลกระทบต่อเด็กในครรภ์
➡️สิ่งที่คุณแม่ควรป้องกันและหลีกเลี่ยง
➖ควรหลีกเลี่ยงพื้นที่ที่มีปริมาณฝุ่นสูง
➖งดกิจกรรมนอกบ้านและดูแลความสะอาดภายในบ้าน
➖สวมหน้ากากอนามัย N95
➖หากมีอาการผิดปกติ ให้รีบปรึกษาแพทย์
