#ขอเชิญติดตามและร่วมเวทีการประชุมออนไลน์
#ศาลอิสระของประชาชนเรื่องผลกระทบของนโยบายเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงินในประเทศไทย
ซึ่งเป็นการจัดให้มีศาลของประชาชนที่เป็นทางเลือกในระบบยุติธรรม
เพื่อให้มีการสืบสวนข้อมูลกรณีสถานการณ์สิทธิชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านและผลกระทบจากการดำเนินนโยบายเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงิน
ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้เสียงของชุมชนท้องถิ่นชาวประมงพื้นบ้านได้รับการรับฟัง
และได้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่จะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาข้อเสนอแนะระดับนโยบายในการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและเป็นธรรม
เพื่อการปกป้องและคุ้มครองสิทธิชุมชนประประมงพื้นบ้าน
ซึ่งเป็นสิทธิมนุษยชนขั้นพื้นฐานในการได้รับความเป็นธรรมจากการพัฒนา
เวทีนี้เป็นเวทีระดับสากลซึ่งมีการจัดขึ้นในหลายประเทศ
และครั้งนี้เป็นวาระที่จัดให้มีขึ้นในประเทศไทย โดยการนำผลการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่ จังหวัดชลบุรี สงขลา สตูล สุราษฏร์ธานี เพชรบุรี และตราด มาเป็นฐานในการพิจารณา
การประชุมจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 10 พฤศจิกายน 2563
