There are only two weeks left until the end of the term.
The students are preparing a drama and two songs for the closing ceremony, but they still seem to need more practice.
We will probably need to make extra time for rehearsals this week and next week.

Their playful smiles during practice are adorable, yet they make me even more worried.
I pray that the performance—their songs and drama—will be presented beautifully at the closing ceremony.
Let’s keep going, kids! You can do it!

Today, the students of Eulogia Christian School went on a field trip. Although it had been raining continuously until yesterday, we were blessed with clear and refreshing weather today.

In the morning, we visited the Silam Bible Institute, a school with 60 years of history. This institute is a Karen Bible school in Chiang Mai that trains Karen pastors and teaches agricultural skills essential for building churches and strengthening local communities. Our students received a warm welcome through a campus tour led by the principal and a worship song prepared by the students. We hope that this visit will open the door for ongoing exchange and partnership between our two schools.

In the afternoon, we visited the Anatomy and Pathology Museum of Chiang Mai University’s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Guided by the veterinary teaching assistants, our students had the opportunity to observe various anatomical and pathological specimens of different animals and ask questions. It was a meaningful experience to see firsthand the structures and features of animals that they had previously only studied in books. The teaching assistants kindly and enthusiastically answered the students’ many questions.

Through today’s field trip, we hope that our students gained valuable exposure to both the missionary field in Chiang Mai and scientific learning, allowing their thoughts and vision to grow broader and clearer.

Today, our students experienced a special activity — trying out hip-hop music through a rap session.
They practiced keeping the beat and created their own self-introduction lyrics to perform. Although it was their first time and felt a bit challenging, the students were able to express themselves with confidence and joy as they matched their own lyrics to the rhythm.

We sincerely thank the guests who visited our school today and provided such a fun and meaningful experience for our students.

Even now, a Jericho stands before us. God still gives us ways that are different from our own thoughts.
And even if we endure mockery and it feels like we are still on the sixth day, the seventh day will come tomorrow.

Faith is not a promise that God will always lead us on safe and successful paths,
but the assurance that He is with us on every path to which He sends us.
Because God is with us, even the road that looks rough becomes a way forward,
and the road that seems impossible becomes possible.

The two-week New Joy School camp has come to an end today.
It was wonderful to see the students study hard and stay focused until the very last day.
Although it was a short time, I hope they enjoyed learning and created many good memories here in Chiang Mai.

I pray that these students will continue to grow well and become trustworthy leaders who will guide the next generation of Korea.

God saves those who entrust themselves to Him in faith.
Even when the world grows increasingly corrupt, we must hold fast to our faith.
God gives His promise of salvation to those who are set apart by faith,
and on the final day of judgment, He will keep us under His divine protection.

Faith begins with hearing, but it is perfected through action.
If we only listen and stop there, we cannot experience the power of salvation.
God is with those who hear in faith and obey through action,
inviting them to take part in His marvelous work.

Life is uncertain, and our path is often hidden like a road covered in fog.
Yet our faith in God leads us on the safest and surest way.
When we make God’s way, God’s will, and God’s methods the reason and standard for our lives,
the journey—though it may seem like an adventure—becomes the safest and best path we could ever take.
