SAS Learning Experience with Elephant Parade Land

We are thankful to have the Elephant Parade Land team visit us as guest speakers, sharing about Mosha, elephant conservation and guiding our children in painting their own elephants.

Through this meaningful experience, our children learned about caring for wildlife, expressed their creativity, and strengthened their fine motor skills through hands-on art.
It was a joy to see them so engaged, curious, and happy with their creations.

SAS Summer School 2026 – Week 1

We had a joyful and meaningful start to our Summer School Programme!

Inspired by the storybook “From Head to Toe”, the children explored body awareness and movement through storytelling, music, and active play. These experiences supported their physical coordination, literacy and language development, and confidence in a fun and engaging way.

Each day was filled with smiles, laughter, and meaningful learning moments.

SAS First Day of Summer School 2026

What a lovely start to our Summer School Programme!

The children came in full of excitement and energy, especially during our music and movement session where they moved with confidence and joy.

They enjoyed listening to the story “From Head to Toe” and had lots of fun mimicking the different animal movements from the book.

The children also worked on their “From Head to Toe” mini books, showing good effort and focus as they completed each page. It was a joy to see them express themselves and connect with the story through their own movements.

Everyone took part with great enthusiasm on their first day.

SAS Pre-K English Dramatic Play

We explored the word “zoo” by reading the story “ The View at the Zoo.” After the story, the children took part in a fun zoo dramatic play. They were very excited to buy their tickets and enter the zoo, pretending to be visitors ready to see the animals. Everyone eagerly participated and enjoyed the imaginative experience.

Learning to Read Through Fun and Interactive Activities

Our K3 children recently enjoyed an exciting Magic ‘E’ word activity during English class. Each child received a word card and had to read the word before finding the next partner whose card matched the sequence. There was lots of excitement as the children moved around the classroom searching for their partners. While some needed a little guidance, everyone enjoyed the challenge and the opportunity to learn together.

The class was then divided into two teams and challenged to read and complete 10 words to win the game. Both groups rose to the challenge and successfully read all the words they had chosen—well done!

Activities like these help children apply their phonics knowledge, build reading confidence, and strengthen teamwork, while keeping learning joyful and engaging.

SAS K3 Graduation Ceremony of Class 2025 - Post Graduation Celebrations

Our post-graduation celebrations were filled with laughter, smiles, heartfelt conversations, and even a few joyful tears.

Thank you to our wonderful parents and families for celebrating this special milestone with our K3 Class of 2025. Your presence made the moment even more meaningful for our children and our school community.

What a special and joyful day as we celebrated our K3 graduates and honoured each child for the growth, effort, and milestones they have achieved during their time with us.

Our graduates delighted everyone with a beautiful performance of three songs, confidently singing and shining on stage. Their joyful voices and bright smiles were a wonderful reminder of how much they have grown and blossomed over the years.

Parents also shared heartfelt words of encouragement with their children, expressing their love, pride, and hopes for the future. We are thankful for the many kind words about the school which were also shared and it really encouraged & touched our hearts. It is a privilege for us to walk alongside each child and family in this learning journey.

To our dear Graduates, thank you for the laughter, curiosity, and joy you have brought into our school. We celebrate the unique gifts in each of you. Keep exploring, keep learning, and continue to shine wherever you go.
