เราพาเด็กนักศึกษาเราออกไปสู่โลกไม่ได้ เรามีหน้าที่ต้องพาโลกมาให้นักศึกษา (ภาคต่อ)
เมื่อวานนี้ (2 พ.ย.) ไปทำหน้าที่ต้อนรับและอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ (เรียกสั้น ๆ ว่าฝึกสอน) จากคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัย Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) จำนวน 3 คน คือ
1. Mr. Harisal bin Anto
Major : Electric Electronics Education
2. Mr. Muhammad Hafizul Iskandar Bin Zulkiffle
Major : General Machining Education
3. Mr. Muhamad Afif Zikri Bin Mazzelan

เพื่อมาปฏิบัติการสอนที่หลักสูตรเตรียมวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ แผนการเรียนปกติและแผนการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษ (English Program) ณ วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและสหวิทยาการ มทร.ล้านนา (ดอยสะเก็ด) เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ภาคการศึกษา (4 เดือน)
ทั้งนี้นักศึกษาทั้งหมดได้ลงทะเบียนเรียนใน มทร.ล้านนา ในรายวิชาปฏิบัติประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 1 เพื่อนำผลการเรียนที่ได้ไปเพื่อสำเร็จการศึกษาที่มหาวิทยาลัยของตนเอง
การรับนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพจากต่างประเทศนี้ก็เพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นสากลให้กับมหาวิทยาลัย สร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ด้วยภาษาอังกฤษให้กับนักศึกษาในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและสหวิทยาการ ตลอดจนแลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการจัดการเรียนการสอนระหว่างวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและสหวิทยาการ มทร.ล้านนา กับคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม ของ UTHM อีกด้วย
งานนี้จะไม่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นได้หากไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากคณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม UTHM และทีมงาน
และขอขอบคุณ รองผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยทุกท่านที่ช่วยดำเนินการ ผช.ผอ. ด้านคุณภาพนักศึกษาที่ดูแลงานหอพัก และหัวหน้าหลักสูตรเตรียมวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และทุก ๆ ท่านที่ไม่อาจเอ่ยนามได้ทั้งหมด ที่สำคัญที่ขาดไม่ได้คือทุกแรงขับเคลื่อนเชิงลบ (แรงด่า)ทั้งต่อหน้าและลับหล้งว่า ไปมาเลเซียทำไม ไม่เห็นเกิดประโยชน์อะไร 555
ทั้งหมดนี้ตัวแปรที่สำคัญที่สุดในสมการนี้คือนักศึกษาครับ ถ้าเราคิดถึงนักศึกษาว่าจะได้ประโยชน์จากการแลกเปลี่ยนครั้งนี้อย่างไรบ้าง ผมว่าการลงทุนครั้งนี้ ไม่สูญเปล่าอย่างแน่นอนครับ

Yesterday, (November 2nd) I performed my duty welcoming and facilitating three teaching practicum students from the Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM):
1. Mr. Harisal bin Anto
Major: Electric Electronics Education
2. Mr. Muhammad Hafizul Iskandar Bin Zulkiffle
Major: General Machining Education
3. Mr. Muhamad Afif Zikri Bin Mazzelan
Major: Welding and Metal Fabrication
They will be teaching at the Pre-Engineering program (both regular and English Program tracks) at College of Integrated Science and Technology, RMUTL (Doi Saket) for one semester (4 months). These students have enrolled at RMUTL in the Teaching Professional Experience 1 course, which will count toward their graduation requirements at their home university.
Hosting international teaching practicum students serves to promote the university's internationalization, create an English-learning atmosphere for students at the College of Integrated Science and Technology, and facilitate the exchange of best teaching practices between our college and UTHM's Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education.
This initiative would not have been possible without the support of the Dean of the Faculty of Technical and Vocational Education, UTHM, and their team.
I would like to thank all Deputy Directors for their assistance, Assistant Director of Student Affairs June who oversees dormitory matters, Head of Pre-Engineering Program, and everyone else whom I cannot mention here.
The most important variable in this equation is our students. If we consider how students will benefit from this mobility program, I'm certain this investment will not be in vain.

We are now accepting applications for the Vocational Certificate Program at the College of Integrated Science and Technology, RMUTL (Doi Saket). Our institution offers STEM-based education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and project-based learning in a boarding school setting. We offer 4 curricula with 5 programs:

เราพาเด็กทุกคนออกไปท่องโลกไม่ได้ แต่เราจะพาโลกมาหาเด็กเอง

วันที่ 7 มิ.ย. มีภาระกิจไปร่วมงานปฐมนิเทศและรับมอบครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีน จาก สป.อว. ที่จะมาสอนภาษาจีนที่วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและสหวิทยาการ มทร.ล้านนา เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี อยากจะทำหน้าที่นี้เองแม้หลายคนจะบอกว่าไม่ใช่หน้าที่ของผู้บริหารลงไปทำ แต่ก็เพราะอยากเข้าใจบริบทของการดำเนินการของ สป.อว. เนื่องจากเป็นปีแรกที่วิทยาลัยรับครูอาสาสมัครชาวจีนมา และอยากดูแลครูชาวต่างชาติเองเพราะเคยอยู่ในฐานะนักศึกษาต่างชาติไปอยู่ต่างประเทศหลายปี ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดีจากมหาวิทยาลัยที่ไปเรียน จากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา จึงคิดว่าถ้าเราในฐานะหัวหน้าส่วนที่รับผิดชอบนี้การที่เดินทางไปรับด้วยตัวเองก็ย่อมจะสร้างความมั่นใจ ความสบายใจให้กับผู้จะต้องห่างบ้านมาอยู่ต่างประเทศด้วยตัวเองเป็นระยะเวลานาน
ในฐานะตัวแทนของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและสหวิทยาการ คณาจารย์และนักศึกษา ขอขอบคุณ สป.อว. และผู้บริหาร มทร.ล้านนา ทุกท่านที่ให้การสนับสนุน

We cannot take every child out to explore the world, but we will bring the world to the children themselves.

On June 7th, I was entrusted with the responsibility of attending the orientation ceremony and welcoming Chinese volunteer teacher from the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. These teacher will be serving a one-year term as Chinese language teacher at the College of Integrated Science and Technology, RMUTL. I wanted to take on this role myself even though many said it is not the duty of the director, but I wanted to understand the context of the Office's operations. Since this is the first year the college has accepted Chinese volunteer teachers, and I wanted to take care of the foreign teachers myself, having been an international student abroad for many years and receiving great care from the university I studied at (南臺科技大學 STUST) and my advisors (Prof. Chi-Jo Wang). I thought that as the director responsible, traveling to receive her myself would build confidence and reassurance for those who have to be away from home in a foreign country for a long period of time.
As the representative of the College of Integrated Science and Technology, on behalf of the faculty and students, I express sincere gratitude to the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation and the administrative leadership of our university for their invaluable assistance.
Furthermore, I wholeheartedly welcome Ms. Xiong, Yulan, the Chinese volunteer teacher, whose selfless decision to serve in an international capacity for the duration of one year is truly commendable. I am confident that her proficiency and capabilities will undoubtedly facilitate a comprehensive and enriching learning experience for our students, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the Mandarin language and Chinese cultural traditions.
