This morning, our Fun&Learn International Volunteer Team successfully completed a truly meaningful activity.

At the temple school, we spent time learning, playing, and interacting with over 100 temple students. The children’s laughter echoed through the main hall. It was a simple classroom setting, yet filled with warmth. No fancy decorations, no complicated arrangements — just genuine companionship and heartfelt connection.

What touched us most was that a local police officer 👮🏻‍♀️ kindly donated boxes of sweet treats for the children. As each box was handed to them, the sparkle in their eyes was sweeter than the desserts themselves.

In that moment, we were reminded once again —
Education is not only about delivering knowledge,
but about allowing warmth to flow through a community.

At Fun&Learn, we always believe in helping children grow in love and learn through real-life experiences.
When volunteers, schools, communities, and the police come together for the children,
that is the best form of civic education.

Thank you to every volunteer who participated.
Thank you to the temple for your trust.
And thank you to the police officer for the generous support.

Visiting Daughters of Ruth Foundation, Chiang Mai 🌿

Today we visited Daughters of Ruth Foundation in Chiang Mai — a home that currently cares for 35 girls.
Some have lost their parents, others come from families no longer able to support them. Here, they are given safety, stability, and the chance to grow with dignity and hope.

For a long time, I’ve quietly carried a wish in my heart:
If one day Fun&Learn becomes strong enough, I hope we can do more for women and girls.
We may not be there yet — but I didn’t want to wait any longer to come, to see, to listen, and to be present.

When the girls sang a song of gratitude for us, I couldn’t hold back my tears.
What we can do right now may feel small… but it matters.
And honestly — it makes me want to do just a little more.

It’s that time of the year again — the annual Northern Thailand Secondary School Talent Competition 🎨🎶🍳

Music, dance, cooking, art, pottery, painting… so many different themes and skills on display.
Students come from secondary schools across Chiang Mai and Northern Thailand, working in teams to showcase their talents and complete a piece within a limited time.

Last year, I was honored to be invited as a representative of a temple school. I couldn’t help myself and ended up buying several student-made pieces for our farm.
This year, I’m grateful to be invited again.
Every single piece deeply represents Thai culture — especially Northern Thai culture.
If you truly want to understand Thailand 🇹🇭, attending an event like this gives you a glimpse of its essence in one place. Unfortunately, it’s not open to the public. Each school sends selected teams and teachers, and everyone is fully focused. The atmosphere is intense and demanding — even as a visitor, I hardly dared to breathe 😄.

Seeing this also made me understand why Thai middle and high schools place such strong emphasis on skills education and cultural heritage.
Not every student will have the opportunity to pursue higher education. So the older generation passes down real skills — crafts, techniques, and knowledge — the ability to make a living.
With a skill in hand, you can always earn your food, wherever life takes you.

Grateful for the invitation.
Visually overwhelmed.
Deeply moved.

I truly hope that in the coming time, Fun & Learn can connect and implement more international community service programs, creating a genuine win-win-win situation for everyone involved 🤍🌱

Today our Fun&Learn volunteer team swapped classrooms for the kitchen 😄🍳

Hard to believe it, but in just one morning we helped prepare lunch for 350 people!
The teamwork, the energy, the pace — it was on a whole different level.

We were even visited by the local leaders to say thank you 💪
Honestly, compared to our usual activities, this was a real eye-opener.
Big respect to everyone who does this kind of work every day 🙌

Moments like this remind us that learning doesn’t only happen in class.
It happens in the community, in teamwork, and in showing up for others ❤️

Proud of our team. Grateful to be part of it.

&Learn Thursday Outdoor Gathering

Today, a group of 14 of us stepped into the forest and followed the stream.
Volunteer teachers from around the world, our team members, parents — and even a parent’s father — all came together and simply gave our time back to nature.

There were no lesson objectives, no pressure to “grow” or achieve anything.
Phones were quietly put away.
Someone closed their eyes by the river and enjoyed a long, deeply needed nap.

We didn’t talk about big theories of healing,
and we didn’t try to change or fix anything.
What nature offered, we received — quietly, gratefully.

Perhaps real connection is never something we can schedule.
It happens naturally,
when we share the same space,
and allow ourselves to slow down.

pure, gentle, and unhurried —
you’re always welcome to join us next time 🌿

Not a “temple tour,”
but a local, slow-paced moment to rest and reset.

Chiang Mai has many temple routes,
but for us, it’s never about ticking boxes.

No rushing.
No sightseeing checklist.
No pilgrimage.

Just one full day to slow the body down
and bring the mind back to the present.

Local, quiet, and off the tourist map.
Close to our Dream land farm, with a strong sense of belonging.
Beautiful views, meaningful stories.

One day. One focus:
rest, feel, and reconnect.

This isn’t tourism anymore —
it’s a retreat design by our own…
