Cool news. While the rich nations worry about Covid-19, elsewhere in developing nations lose c.400,000 a year to malaria alone. You probably never lost much sleep about that up to this point. Finally the BBC, that gigantic licence-funded behemoth which has thousands of reporters and only one story to keep on loop replay, has deigned to publish an article highlighting the plight of those who die from malaria and a good news story which may well obliterate the disease without wiping out the entire species and damaging the entire ecosystem.
