Sometimes I want to rush
into the future.

As a matter of fact, I almost always have.

Instead of stopping to smell the roses,
I’ve rushed past the lovely, beautiful moments,
believing the magnificent future I knew
was waiting somewhere ahead.

Imagine my surprise when I realized
that engaging fully with the present
with what is tender, ordinary, and alive
is the fastest path to a magnificent life.

Every experience along the way
is an essential piece of the puzzle.
There is no rushing toward magnificence
without first being here.

Meeting each moment as it is.

This presence is the gateway
to everything I love.

And at some point, life slows.
It ends.

Now, I get to choose
whether that happens after I’ve lived,
or while I’m still in motion.

From the brilliance of each moment,
the Phoenix is rising.

There are seasons when life asks for a depth of surrender you didn’t know existed.
And when you think the body cannot possibly open any further, it does.
Again.
And again.

I look back at the ones who brought me to my knees, and what rises in me is gratitude.
Their impact finally carried me toward the place I had spent the longest time trying to reach.

Into the depth of my own being.

There came a moment when nothing outside of me could hold.
When every direction collapsed.
When the surface of my life gave way to the deeper layer beneath it, and there was no way to turn but inward.

That threshold asked everything of me.

All I could do was turn to silence, trust, and follow the faintest light inside my own chest. The one thread that remained when everything else had burned to the ground.

And when I finally looked at it. I saw that it was alive.
A truth with a life of its own.

As I witnessed it, it began to shift.
And something in me shifted with it.

I found the grace that lives beyond forgiveness.
The moment when the ashes reveal what has always been true.
From the depth of my being, the Phoenix is rising.

There is a kind of friendship that feels like grace.
The kind that crosses oceans just to sit by your side.
The kind that meets every part of you with softness and truth.

A friendship that arrives with love, support, and a steady presence.
That invites you into beautiful places, both in the world and in yourself.
A friendship that can hold your full range.
The silence, the fire, the becoming.

A friend who grows beside you.
A friend who stands with you.
A friend who is here, fully, in the moments that matter.

I feel so much gratitude, love, and appreciation for this presence in my life.
A friendship where we can simply be.
And being is enough.

Thank you for two incredible weeks.

It’s been about two weeks since we came back from Vietnam, and the experience is still unfolding in all kinds of ways with new projects, connections and plans for 2026.

We knew this trip would be special. We could feel it in our bones, the openness, the trust, the sense that something new was ready for us.

It felt like coming home.

The people who are drawn to this work carry such depth.
The heart.
The devotion.
The care and energy poured into every session and presentation. The intention behind it.
The humility for the work itself.

And in the middle of all of it, Simba was invited to share his own modality, Internal Alchemy, created together with the founder of TRE®, Dr. David Berceli.

The response was incredible to witness.

Thank you for the invitation.
Thank you for the energy in the room, and for every person who showed up with presence and contributed to the field we built together. It was a life-shaping experience.

And I feel a true excitement for what is unfolding from here.

The fire of truth will burn everything to the ground.

There is a moment when truth arrives with heat.
A moment the body can’t ignore.

It burns away whatever isn’t real.
Everything that has been held too long.
Everything that was never meant to stay.

The fire of truth will burn through to the core, and the world can shift in an instant.
As if everything is being stripped away, piece by piece, breath by breath.

There is a silence inside that moment.
A space where the old world collapses and nothing rushes in to replace it.
A place where the air feels different, heavier, almost holy.

But behind the flames, there is the truth.
The gold of what is real.

Even the smallest piece carries potency.
Enough to multiply.
Enough to rearrange a life.
Enough to create the impossible.

It holds the power that builds worlds.
The power that makes dreams take form.
The power that brings extraordinary things into being.

Truth leaves behind what is real
What is real rises in its own time.
And when it rises, it simply stands.

From the ashes of truth, the Phoenix will rise.

When the armor comes down.

There was a time I built a masculine armor to navigate the world. Not knowing what I was protecting.

Now, as it softens and falls away, I meet the truth of how deeply I feel.

I have gratitude for the armor.
It kept me safe until I was ready to live without it.

As I lay it down, I see what it guarded all along.
My capacity for love, grace, gratitude, and joy.
True protection now comes from presence.
From knowing I can hold my own sensitivity and still feel safe.

From here, love becomes strength.
Softness becomes power.
And safety lives inside me.

From the ashes of protection.
The Phoenix is rising.

Never would I have believed that when my soul was finally ready to step out and be seen, it would happen in the place where I felt most wounded.

Raw.
Unfinished.
Vulnerable.

I always imagined being ready would mean I was whole. My story fulfilled, my dreams realized, my heart overflowing with joy.

I’ve always known my soul would choose a specific moment to step forward.

Little did I know what God had in store for me.
A million little miracles.
From the ashes of truth, the Phoenix rises.

The dream that never came true.
The grief of a life that never was.
The thunderous ache of the surrender to the fire of truth.

And.
God’s rejection is God’s protection.

The contrast of a broken heart and an awakening spirit.
The winds of life lifting me up.
Transformation moves through every layer of my being.
Trust deepens through my becoming.

Gratitude rises for the life that never was.
From the dust of what dissolved, a new reality unfold.
For something greater that is being born.

The Phoenix is rising.
From the ashes of truth,
From the dream that never came true.

Through feeling, the feminine remembers.
Through creation, she opens.
