Last week, we had the opportunity to go on a mission trip to Maetuen, Omkoi. It was a meaningful and eye-opening experience for everyone involved.

Throughout the trip, we spent time teaching, leading activities, and connecting with the local community. We also brought small gifts, cooked meals for the children, and shared moments of joy and learning together.

More than just serving others, this trip became a valuable journey for our students. They learned not only practical skills but also deeper life lessons—about gratitude, compassion, and understanding different ways of living. It helped them reflect on themselves and appreciate what they have more fully.

This mission trip wasn’t just about giving—it was about growing, learning, and building hearts that care for others.

สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา พวกเราได้มีโอกาสไปทำกิจกรรมมิชชันทริปที่แม่ตื่น อำเภออมก๋อย ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่มีความหมายและเปิดมุมมองใหม่ให้กับทุกคนที่ได้เข้าร่วม

ตลอดทั้งทริป พวกเราได้ใช้เวลาในการสอนหนังสือ จัดกิจกรรม และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน นอกจากนี้ เรายังได้นำของขวัญเล็ก ๆ ไปมอบให้ ทำอาหารให้เด็ก ๆ และแบ่งปันช่วงเวลาแห่งความสุขและการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน

มากกว่าการออกไปช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ทริปนี้ยังเป็นการเดินทางที่มีคุณค่าสำหรับนักศึกษา พวกเขาไม่ได้เรียนรู้เพียงแค่ทักษะต่าง ๆ แต่ยังได้เรียนรู้บทเรียนชีวิตที่ลึกซึ้งมากขึ้น ทั้งเรื่องความกตัญญู ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ และการเข้าใจวิถีชีวิตที่แตกต่าง อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้พวกเขาได้ทบทวนตัวเองและเห็นคุณค่าของสิ่งที่มีมากยิ่งขึ้น

มิชชันทริปครั้งนี้จึงไม่ใช่แค่การ “ให้” แต่เป็นการเติบโต การเรียนรู้ และการสร้างหัวใจที่เปี่ยมไปด้วยความห่วงใยต่อผู้อื่น

Last week, our students had the opportunity to serve at the TKBC conference. They helped lead youth activities and competitions, and they had a great time serving God there.

สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา นักศึกษาของเรามีโอกาสได้ร่วมรับใช้ในงานประชุมสัมมัชชา TKBC พวกเขาได้ช่วยนำกิจกรรมและการแข่งขันสำหรับเยาวชน และมีความยินดีอย่างมากในการรับใช้พระเจ้าในครั้งนั้น

Last weekend, we—ILP program students and KLDP students—had a retreat at Seven Fountains. The theme was Reconnect.
After a long school term and now entering our school break, we began our summer by reconnecting with God. During the retreat, we took time to reflect on our lives and identify what has been hindering our connection with Him. It was meaningful to spend time in silence with God, reflecting on our relationship with Him and seeking ways to reconnect. Through spiritual experiences, personal time alone with Him, and reflections within the community, we were able to rediscover that connection.

สุดสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา พวกเรา—นักเรียนโครงการ ILP และ KLDP—ได้ไปจัดรีทรีต โดยมีหัวข้อคือ “กลับมาเชื่อมต่อกับพระเจ้า“
หลังจากช่วงเวลาเรียนที่ยาวนาน และเมื่อเข้าสู่ช่วงปิดเทอม พวกเราได้เริ่มต้นฤดูร้อนด้วยการกลับมาเชื่อมโยงกับพระเจ้าอีกครั้ง ระหว่างการรีทรีต เราได้ใช้เวลาไตร่ตรองชีวิตของตนเอง และมองหาสิ่งที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อความสัมพันธ์ของเรากับพระองค์ การได้ใช้เวลาอยู่ในความเงียบกับพระเจ้าเป็นสิ่งที่มีความหมาย ทำให้เราได้ทบทวนความสัมพันธ์ของเราและค้นหาวิธีที่จะกลับมาเชื่อมโยงกับพระองค์อีกครั้ง ผ่านประสบการณ์ฝ่ายจิตวิญญาณ การใช้เวลาอยู่ตามลำพังกับพระองค์ และการแบ่งปันร่วมกันในชุมชน พวกเราจึงสามารถค้นพบความเชื่อมโยงนั้นอีกครั้ง

“This week, our students attended the Chiang Mai Karen Conference at Mae Tuen, Omkoi. They had many opportunities to serve, including leading worship, washing dishes, taking part in sports activities, and participating in Bible and singing competitions.”

สัปดาห์นี้ นักศึกษาของเราได้เข้าร่วมการประชุมสัมมัชชาเขตเชียงใหม่ โดยพวกเขามีโอกาสมากมายในการรับใช้ เช่น การนำร้องนมัสการ การล้างจาน การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมกีฬา และการเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันพระคัมภีร์และการร้องเพลง

For the next two weeks, two KLDP students (Nin &Sit)will be doing their internship at Ban On, Chiang Dao, serving with the local Karen church. They will be teaching musical instruments, the Karen language, and basic English to the children there. 🎶📚

ในช่วงสองสัปดาห์ข้างหน้านี้ นักศึกษา KLDP จำนวน 2 คนจะไปฝึกงานที่บ้านออน อำเภอเชียงดาว โดยร่วมรับใช้กับคริสตจักรกะเหรี่ยงในท้องถิ่น พวกเขาจะสอนดนตรี ภาษากะเหรี่ยง และภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานให้กับเด็ก ๆ ที่นั่น 🎶📚

On Saturday, we had Family Day and enjoyed a great time together. Thank you to KLDP alumni Chai, Khem, and Angoon for joining us in this activity. We are getting ready for our summer classes! 🙂

เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมา เราได้จัดกิจกรรม Family Day และมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีร่วมกันมาก ขอบคุณศิษย์เก่า KLDP , ชัย เข็ม และองุ่น ที่มาร่วมกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้กับพวกเรา เรากำลังเตรียมตัวสำหรับคลาสเรียนภาคฤดูร้อน! 🙂

Our Youth Club gathered once again for a meaningful time of connection, learning, and growth. This session focused on Servant Leadership and Spiritual Gifts. The students gained a deeper understanding of what it means to lead by serving others, and they began to discover how their unique gifts, strengths, and future careers can be used to serve their communities.
It was a valuable moment of encouragement and development—right before they head into their final exams.

โครงการ Youth Club อีกครั้งที่เราพบปะเจอกัน ใช้เวลาด้วยกัน เรียนรู้ด้วยกัน ในหัวข้อ ผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ และของประทาน น้องๆ ได้เข้าใจและค้นพบตัวเองมากขึ้นในการเป็นผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ และรับใช้ตามของประทาน อาชีพ หรือในสิ่งที่ถนัด เป็นการเรียนรู้และเสริมสร้างกัน ก่อนที่น้องๆ จะสอบปลายภาค
