Many learners get confused between -ed and -ing 😅

Here’s a simple way to remember:

-ed = how YOU feel
-ing = what causes the feeling

Examples:
I’m bored = I feel bored
I’m boring = I make people feel bored

Just changing the ending can change the meaning completely!
