*HIDDEN GEM! 🏔️ Best Mountain View Resort & Hilltop Dining in Eastern Thailand 🇹🇭*
We stumbled upon an absolute paradise! Join us as we discover a breathtaking Hilltop Restaurant and Mountain View Resort tucked away in the beautiful countryside of Eastern Thailand. This was our first time visiting, and we were completely blown away by what we found.
*✨ THE VIEW*
The moment we stepped into the dining room, our jaws dropped. The panoramic views are absolutely incredible—stretching across the mountain range with a perfect bird's-eye view of the lush fruit orchards below. It is easily one of the most stunning backdrops for a meal we’ve ever experienced.
*🍽️ THE FOOD (A 5-STAR EXPERIENCE)*
We came for lunch and stayed for the flavors! The food was truly outstanding. We enjoyed a 5-star dining experience featuring a fusion of flavors:
*Spicy Spaghetti Noodles with Seafood:* Fresh and fiery!
*Vietnamese Vegetable Roll with Pork Sausage:* Refreshing and authentic.
*Fillet of Fish:* Served with an amazing, zesty Thai spicy sauce.
*Crispy Chicken Wings:* The perfect comfort food.
*Drinks:* A refreshing Watermelon Smoothie and an outstanding Peach Iced Tea.
*🏨 THE RESORT*
While we only came for lunch this time, we are already planning our return! The resort features a stunning swimming pool that overlooks the mountains. We can only imagine how incredible the sunsets look from here. If you’re traveling the country roads of Chanthaburi in Eastern Thailand, this hidden resort is a must-visit destination.
