Life is like a waterfall—keep moving, keep flowing, and find your balance!!

21/01/2026

Life is a fleeting gift. Every high and every low is temporary, lasting only for a limited time before dissolving back into the whole. The moment we embrace both the limitations and the beauty of our existence, we unlock the door to true joy.

Because the world easily distracts us, we use Yoga as our daily compass to stay mindful and free. As we learn to release our attachment to "things" and the ego of "self," we step into a state of oneness. We are not separate from the world; we are part of the greater nature, living in harmony and peace.

Why I Return to My Mat and My Mantras Every Day 🙏✨

Prayer is so much more than words; it is a sanctuary for the mind. For me, it has become a daily practice of self-healing and silent meditation. When the world gets too loud, prayer helps me refocus and find a deep sense of self-belief.
It’s a companion in moments of loneliness and a source of boundless positive energy. By honoring a higher existence, I find it much easier to lead with love and respect for calm, relaxed, and confident in my journey.

My daily anchors:
• 🧘 Ashtanga Yoga Opening & Closing Prayers (Setting the intention)
• 🚩 Hanuman Chalisa (For strength and courage)
• ☀️ Gayatri Mantra (For wisdom and light)
• 🌿 Mahamrityunjaya Mantra (For healing and protection)
• 🕉️ Om Namah Shivaya & Hare Krishna (For pure peace and devotion)

Float and Flow | To control your breath for a gentle, flowing yoga practice, focus on practicing Ujjayi (ocean) breath, synchronizing it with your movements, and breathing mindfully. This connection between your breath and body is known as Vinyasa.

Pranayama | Uddiyana Bandha

Practicing Uddiyana Bandha requires some technique, patience, and attentiveness, especially the first few times. It’s recommended to perform this on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

The feeling of joy!

Right after the drop back to be able to hold on to the ankle and stay for another five more breathing gives the spring effect as we inhale and exhale..enjoy the feeling 😊🙏

🙏ૐ Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu Guru Devo Maheshwara Guru Saakshaat ParaBrahma Tasmai Sri Guruvahe Namaha 🙏ૐ

"Guru, the remover of darkness, awakens within us the courage and confidence to follow the path of righteousness. They instill the faith needed to reach our ultimate goals through continuous practice and patience."

I bow down to His Holiness, the Adi Yogi, for showing me the path, showering me with his love, and blessing me to carry on my practice with utmost sincerity. I am truly fortunate to connect my energy with the divine with every breath.

🕉️ Happy International Yoga Day! ❤️🙏

Let's make every day a Yoga Day. When we live with awareness, each moment can transform into a yoga moment. This journey begins on the mat, as we synchronize breath with movement, and then extends into our daily lives, bringing that same mindful presence to everything we do.
