ABC Review turns HumHub Spaces into trusted review and feedback hubs. It allows logged-in users to leave star-based reviews directly inside a Space, while Space admins and moderators stay in full control through approval workflows, visibility settings, official responses, image management, and review tagging.
Each Space can manage its own review system independently. Space admins can decide whether reviews require approval, whether authors may edit or delete their own reviews, how long editing stays open, how many reviews one user may submit, and whether reviewers may suggest tags or categories. This makes the module flexible enough for schools, churches, clubs, local businesses, service providers, directories, community projects, and institutional profiles.
Review images are automatically resized to a clean square format and converted to the smallest supported format, helping keep uploads consistent and storage efficient. Reviews can be searched, sorted by rating, date, usefulness, and filtered by moderated tags/categories, making it easy for visitors to find relevant feedback.
ABC Review also supports official responses from Space owners, useful/not-useful voting, CSV imports, source labels for direct/imported reviews, and a moderation backend where admins can approve, hide, reject, edit tags, replace images, and manage review visibility.
Built for the ABC Suite philosophy, the module is designed for practical community use, strong moderation, clear ownership, and GDPR/DSGVO-conscious handling of user-generated content.

ABC Menu is a module for creating and managing more flexible navigation structures than the standard HumHub menu system normally provides. It is designed for platforms that need custom menus, nested navigation, footer menus, and clearer user journeys.
The module is especially useful for larger HumHub installations, directory platforms, partner portals, school networks, church networks, tourism platforms, and community hubs where many modules, spaces, pages, and external resources need to be organized in a clean way.
ABC Menu can help administrators build custom main menu items, submenu structures, links to internal or external pages, and special navigation areas. It is intended to make important functions easier to find and reduce confusion when a platform grows beyond a simple community layout.
Within the ABC Suite ecosystem, ABC Menu supports the goal of turning HumHub into a more complete portal framework. It can help integrate standard HumHub sections, ABC Suite modules, directory pages, maps, events, marketplace areas, and information pages into one coherent navigation experience.
Accessibility and usability are central goals. Navigation should remain understandable, keyboard-friendly, mobile-friendly, and suitable for international communities.

Changelog:
Fixed/changed in abcmenu-v26.05.16.4
Level 3 and deeper menu entries should now render in the frontend.
Added explicit level classes/data attributes for dropdown items.
Kept the existing maxDepth setting working, up to 6 levels.
Desktop flyouts now check the viewport:
default opens to the right;
if it would go outside the visible page, it opens to the left.
Mobile nested menus stay as accordion-style scrollable lists.
Hardened the open-state handling so deeper levels use the same abcmenu-is-open class consistently.
What changed in abcmenu-v26.05.16.3
Added dynamic discovery of HumHub top menu entries.
Newly installed/enabled modules that add their own main menu item should now appear in the ABC Menu config after the config page is reloaded.
Removed the dependency on the fixed hardcoded list.
Existing hidden menu selections are preserved.
If a module is later disabled or temporarily not detected, the hidden setting is kept and shown as “currently not detected” instead of being deleted.
Entries are stored by stable menu ID when available, for example dashboard, people, spaces.
If a third-party module does not provide a menu ID, ABC Menu generates a fallback key from its URL/class so it can still be hidden.

ABC Media turns into a real media-management system for administrators and, where allowed, space administrators. It scans HumHub’s upload folders, detects media files from core HumHub and installed modules, and gives admins a central place to preview, check, optimize, download, back up, restore, and manage media.
The first major focus of ABC Media is image optimization. Images can be converted to smaller modern formats such as AVIF or WebP where supported, helping reduce storage usage and improve page loading times. The module can process files in batches, create internal backups before conversion, restore previous versions when needed, and automatically exclude already optimized files from future conversion runs.
Admins can view thumbnails, sort media, bookmark files needing attention, compare optimized files with backups, and manage backup storage. Folder-based scan controls allow site owners to decide which uploads folders should be included, making the module flexible for different HumHub installations and additional modules.
ABC Media is designed as a safe, practical HumHub Media Center: conservative with file replacement, careful with backups, and useful for long-term administration of growing communities with many images and media uploads.
Incl. HEIC/HEIF upload management/conversion and JXL (experimental)
Uploaded formats can be converted at upload and regular via cron job and manual
Backups and originals can be enabled and managed too
Latest Changes:
26.05.15.9 – 2026-05-16
Fixed ProseMirror/RTE HEIC, HEIF and JXL uploads by converting the temporary upload before HumHub validates, stores and returns the file JSON response.
Converted unsupported browser upload formats now arrive in HumHub as WebP/AVIF/JPG/PNG, so ProseMirror can insert an image node instead of a download-only filename link.
Preserved the original HEIC/HEIF/JXL upload as a `file_org.` companion variant inside the HumHub file store.
Added a clear upload validation error when the server cannot decode HEIC/HEIF/JXL instead of silently accepting a file that the browser cannot display.
Prevented immediate upload conversion from producing JPEG XL output for ProseMirror/RTE uploads; manual and cron JXL conversion remain available for controlled testing.
Added HumHub preview variant generation after HEIC/HEIF/JXL upload conversion so converted files appear as image previews instead of plain downloadable filenames.
Registered WebP and AVIF as inline browser image MIME types through ABC Media module initialization.
Replaced full model save during HumHub file conversion with direct attribute updates for safer post-upload metadata persistence.
In auto mode, HEIC/HEIF uploads now stay limited to browser-visible outputs instead of producing JPEG XL.
Added fallback output order for unsupported uploads when the preferred WebP/AVIF encoder is missing.
Kept JPEG XL as experimental / not recommended for production browser delivery.
Below is a ready-to-use manual/shop-page text for ABC Media / abcmedia. I kept it understandable, a bit promotional, but still practical for admins.

ABC Header is a professional module for customizing space and user profile headers without changing HumHub core code. It replaces fragile core hacks with a clean module-based solution, so header behaviour remains easier to maintain across HumHub updates.
With ABC Header, administrators can control how profile and space banners appear across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. Banner proportions are handled responsively, so header images keep their intended visual ratio instead of being forced into HumHub’s default narrow banner height.
The module also gives much better control over profile images and space logos. Depending on the design need, logos can be displayed as a circle, rounded square, or sharp square. This is especially useful for organizations, schools, companies, churches, shops, and directory spaces where square logos often look better than cropped circular images.
ABC Header also improves image quality and performance. It supports modern image formats and can automatically compare AVIF, WebP, JPG, and PNG versions of a banner or logo, then keep the smallest suitable file. Transparent logos are handled properly, so PNG/WebP/AVIF files with transparency no longer show unwanted black backgrounds.
For existing installations, admins can run a bulk conversion process for all current header banners and profile/logo images. Before conversion, an admin-only backup download option helps protect original files. There is also an optional guarded setting to delete original files after conversion, with a clear backup warning.
Main features include:
Responsive custom header banner proportions
Space and user profile header support
No HumHub core file modifications required
Circle, rounded-square, or sharp-square logo display
Improved handling for transparent logos
AVIF, WebP, JPG, and PNG optimization
Automatic smallest-file selection per image
Bulk conversion for existing banners and logos
Admin-only backup download before conversion
Optional original-file cleanup with warning
Clean Theme compatibility improvements
Designed for HumHub 1.18+ and ABC Suite installations
ABC Header is ideal for branded communities, school directories, company networks, church portals, marketplaces, and any HumHub platform where spaces and profiles should look professional, load quickly, and stay update-safe.

ABC Categories is a module for creating and managing reusable category structures (multi levels) across the ABC Suite. It was originally developed under the working name ABC Cat and renamed to ABC Categories for clearer readability, better marketing, and easier understanding by administrators.
The module provides a central category foundation that can be used by other ABC Suite modules instead of each module creating its own isolated category logic. This makes classification more consistent, easier to maintain, and more flexible across a HumHub platform.
ABC Categories is especially useful for directory-style websites, community portals, local networks, school directories, church directories, tourism platforms, event systems, marketplaces, and knowledge hubs. It can support category trees, listing types, content groups, map layers, badge groups, service types, organizational sectors, and other structured classifications.
Within the ABC Suite ecosystem, ABC Categories helps keep data organized and scalable. A platform may have hundreds or thousands of spaces, listings, events, or content entries, and a clean category structure makes navigation, filtering, searching, and presentation much easier.
The module is intended to become a shared building block for ABC Events, ABC Badges, ABC Ads, ABC Marketplace, and other future ABC Suite modules.
The Module got inspired and started by modifying the AGPL-3.0-or-later version of the Module classified-spaces by Marc Faree but it is now possible to have even up to 6+ levels (recommended 3-4) and you can assign colours to each category and more.

ABC Banner is a lightweight module for adding global banner areas above and below the main page content without editing HumHub core templates or individual module views.
It provides two independent banner zones:
banner-top / abcbanner-top
banner-bottom / abcbanner-bottom
Each zone can display custom HTML content, optional guest-specific content, additional CSS, additional JavaScript, and an optional image/ad slider. The top and bottom sliders can use separate JSON ad sources, making it possible to run different campaigns in each position.
ABC Banner is especially useful for sites that need global announcements, sponsor banners, advertising carousels, multilingual ad campaigns, or simple promotional areas across all pages.
The module supports language-based ad folders such as:
/ads/en/banner-top/ads.json
/ads/en/banner-bottom/ads.json
/ads/th/banner-top/ads.json
/ads/th/banner-bottom/ads.json
This makes it possible to manage banners and advertisements outside the module while keeping the module itself clean and reusable.
ABC Banner was designed for the ABC Suite ecosystem but can also be used as a standalone HumHub module. It helps remove duplicated banner and ad-slider code from other modules such as directory, people, spaces, calendar, or event modules.
Key features:
Global top banner area
Global bottom banner area
Separate top and bottom ad slider sources
Custom HTML content
Guest-specific banner content
Custom CSS and JavaScript fields
Language-aware ad paths
No need to modify HumHub templates
Normal page-flow banner behavior, so banners scroll with the page
Sticky HumHub menu remains usable while scrolling
Marketplace-ready structure and documentation
AGPL-compatible module distribution
ABC Banner is ideal for community portals, directories, local marketplaces, school platforms, church networks, tourism portals, and any HumHub installation that needs flexible promotional banner areas.

LisAndi Co., Ltd. — Statement on pricing update and invoicing (effective 1 March 2026)
Date of announcement: 3 March 2026
Effective from: 1 March 2026
Adjustment: approx. +31.3%
LisAndi Co., Ltd. aims to keep pricing stable and predictable. However, due to increased costs from our upstream hosting and cloud infrastructure provider, we must adjust our prices to remain fully operational and to maintain the service level you expect.
This provider increase is driven by ongoing cost pressure in the infrastructure supply chain—especially high and volatile prices for key components such as RAM and NVMe SSD storage, as well as rising logistics and transportation costs. In addition, current global instability means that costs are unlikely to remain stable and may continue to rise in the future.
We reviewed this change carefully and benchmarked it against other international providers, and we found that some have already increased prices by even more.
For these reasons, we will increase our prices by approximately 31.3%, effective 1 March 2026.
Who is affected
Not affected: Customers who have already paid their fees through 31 December 2026. Your paid period and pricing remain unchanged.
Affected: Customers who have not yet paid their yearly fee for 2026.
How we will calculate your fees
For customers who have not yet paid:
We will calculate the old price until 28 February 2026.
We will apply the new price (approx. +31.3%) from 1 March 2026 onward.
We will not charge any overdue/late fee, even though the invoice has been overdue since 1 January 2026.
Invoice handling
The previous invoice will be declared VOID.
You will receive a new invoice reflecting the prorated calculation (old price to end of February + new price from 1 March).
Cancellation option
If you do not wish to continue under the updated pricing, you may cancel your contract until 31 March 2026.
For questions regarding your invoice or contract status, please contact us at [support email / contact channel].

CEO / General Manager
Statements of our Providers:
Statement on the adjustment of setup fees
Open and honest communication with our customers is very important to us. That is why we would like to explain transparently why we are currently adjusting our prices and how this came about.
