Just an update from the farm. We had planned to scale up again this month but due to all the markets being closed we’ve held back. Once we get the all clear them we will proceed. Will do videos of the new equipment and mixing substrate here. Keep safe everyone 🙏

A good crop of oyster mushrooms this afternoon
Had another day of fine tuning the substrate steriliser, a few leeks on the lid seal. Been trying different things and think I’ve cracked it now. Will post a video tomorrow if everything goes to plan.

Got the mushroom substrate steriliser up to 80c, just need a better seal to stop a few leeks. I think I’m almost there with is now👍
