Experience Boarding for a Month at Wycombe Abbey Bangkok!

Give your child the opportunity to experience boarding life through structured study, enriching activities and real-world independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Open to enroled pupils in Year 7 and above, this one-month residential trial programme (28 September - 22 October 2026) is designed to help families explore whether full-term boarding is the right fit. This includes all meals and accommodation costs.

• Access to co-curricular activities and ECAs including sports, clubs, creative projects and leadership opportunities

Exciting News for Families and Pupils!

From September 2026, every Wycombe Abbey International pupil will be part of the new WAS Global Horizon Programme, connecting our schools in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Thailand and the UK, with further campuses joining the network in the years ahead.

It means that your child is not only at one school. They are part of a wider Wycombe Abbey family, with opportunities to learn, perform, compete, collaborate and build friendships across campuses and cultures.

From cross-campus projects and international exchanges to global events and overseas immersion opportunities, pupils learn, collaborate, and grow beyond borders from an early age.

Thank you to families who joined us for the Fairway to Future Open House on 16 May at our campus for an afternoon of discovery and conversation, with insights from Victoria Saunders, Head of Senior School, and Rachel Ibbotson, Asst Head of Safeguarding and Boarding. The event highlighted senior school life, our world-class British curriculum, and the future-ready skills that help prepare pupils for life beyond academics.

We also welcomed Nick Woods, Deputy Head (Strategy and International), Wycombe Abbey UK, who shared perspectives on the strength of collaboration between Wycombe Abbey UK and its international schools. His insights highlighted how this partnership enriches opportunities and strengthens outcomes for pupils globally. He also announced that the Wycombe Abbey Global Festival will be held in Bangkok in April 2027.

Families also heard from Dez Yuan, COO of Wycombe Abbey International and BE Education International, who gave an engaging session on the role of AI in education and how we are equipping pupils with the skills and mindset needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.

The aftenoon ended with a visit to J.Blk Academy to explore the elite golf programme and a tour of our boarding facilities to get a feel for the spaces where our pupils will live and thrive, before rounding off the evening with drinks, light bites, and great discussion.

Deputy Head of Prep Juliet Staples is a dedicated, passionate international school leader with over 25 years of experience in primary education across the UK and Asia. She joins us from North London Collegiate School Singapore where she was Head of Lower School and was previously Head of Primary at Harrow International School, Bangkok.

Juliet holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from University of Exeter and a PGCE from the University of Southampton.

She believes that education should provide opportunities for children to be ‘the best version of themselves’ through their academic learning, social interactions and personal development. She shares that positive relationships and a strong sense of belonging lie at the heart of a thriving community and is looking forward to helping shape the Prep School at Wycombe Abbey Bangkok.

What a wonderful morning at the Little Dove Playdate last week!

We welcomed some incredible families and gave them a little taste of what makes Wycombe Abbey Bangkok so special. Parents had the chance to meet some of our teachers and ask questions, while the little ones played and explored.
