Ricco is a Teacher Trainer at TEFL One, with over 10 years of teaching experience across Vietnam, China, and Thailand 🌏

He holds a BA in TESOL and a TEFL teaching certification, and brings a strong mix of international classroom experience and practical training insight to the course.

Ricco focuses on helping trainees build real confidence in the classroom through hands-on, practical teaching support.

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, gaming, shopping, and travelling. Based in Bangkok, he often uses it as a base while planning his next trip ✈️

What if I’m not confident? 🤔

This is one of the most common worries before starting the TEFL One course.

Most people arrive feeling unsure, especially if they’ve never taught before. That’s completely normal. Confidence isn’t something you need before you start, it’s something you build through training, practice, and support.

Over the course, you’ll gradually get more comfortable through hands-on sessions and feedback until things start to feel natural.
