We would like to make clear that the Thai Friendship Medical Mission is a voluntary enterprise and not a charity. We never ask for money donations or ask to raise funds. All we do ask is you would hopefully be kind enough to like and share this page, so more people can see the good works we try to do. Thank you all :)

The well wishers of Bhutan consisted of doctors and volunteers joined hands in 2008 to relieve the acute shortage of ENT doctors in Bhutan. The Honorable minister of health, Zangley Dukpa discussed with Dr. Sulyavet Lekagul ,the founder of Rural ENT Foundation, Thailand and Dr. Adisorn Patradul, Dean of faculty of medicine Chulalongkorn University and Director of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and Dr. Pakpoom Supiyapun , Head of ENT department King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital together with Dr. Narong Nimsakul and Mrs.Wanwipa Rosjan. With the support of Rajavithi Hospital leaded by Dr. Dr.Phakdee Sannikorn Head of ENT department and his team, the first mission on mobile ENT medical and surgical camps launched in 2009 simultaneously at two sites Phunaka and Paro which more than 1,300 patients had been treated.
