Update: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was originally scheduled to come for the official inauguration of the 1020 MW Punatsangchu II project.

Various dates were proposed for this. The Indian side proposed 11th and 12th November.
This lined up perfectly with the 70th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of His Majesty The Fourth King.

Prime Minister Modi will now be the Chief Guest for the celebrations.

Apart from inaugurating the project some MoUs will also be signed.
