On June 18, Sasin welcomed Ladaporn Khunikakorn (South Pole) to the MBA ESG course for a powerful session on “Ethical Governance, Biodiversity, and Compliance.”
She highlighted how nature protection is key to business resilience and shared real-world insights from South Pole, Ferragamo, and Habitat Banks.

Led by Prof. Nophea Sasaki, the session explored how governance and biodiversity are shaping the future of the climate economy.

Dr. Jun Ichihara (IGES) and Mr. Thosaphol Suppametheekulwat (BluePine) shared valuable insights on human rights, DEI, and people-centered business practices across Asia and Europe.

Led by Prof. Nophea Sasaki, the session linked global frameworks with real-world application—highlighting the role of equity in sustainable impact.

In the ESG Factors for Business in the 21st Century course, Prof. Nophea Sasaki discussed “EUDR Challenges and Business Opportunities,” encouraging students to see regulations as drivers of ESG innovation.

Guest speakers Amarit Charoenphan (Aim Ventures) and Pakpoum Mahasith (GreenRocketVC) guided students on crafting impactful ESG pitches and attracting purpose-driven investment.

We were pleased to begin an engaging session on carbon accounting—led by Dr. Issara Poljungreed (Bureau Veritas) and Prof. Nophea Sasaki—as part of the ESG Factors for Business in the 21st Century course. Sasin MBA students explored how emissions tracking and climate finance support effective ESG strategy and sustainable business planning.

Prof. Nophea Sasaki and Deputy Director Segsarn Trai-Ukos shared insights on the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and sustainable business opportunities.

In a workshop led by Ms. Hong Sin Kwek, CEO of Sinwattana Corporation, students developed ESG-driven solutions and received expert feedback—gaining tools to build investor-ready, sustainability-aligned ventures. 💡🌍

Professor Kitipong Urapeepatanapong, Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, joined Sasin to share how ESG is shifting from compliance to a strategic driver of innovation, trust, and long-term value.

As part of our MBA and EMBA ESG course led by Professor Nophea Sasaki, the session emphasized the role of leadership in navigating global expectations for resilient, responsible business.
