Subject: Visa Cancellation Document Submission and Collection Process

The school would like to inform all students that, for visa cancellation requests, you may submit a copy of your passport and visa page via the official LINE account.

Please note that staff will not provide individual replies via LINE. All submissions will be processed accordingly.

Students are required to collect the visa cancellation documents in person at the school on the date and time specified by the school. The exact schedule will be announced on 1 April 2026.

Kindly be advised that if you are unable to collect the documents within the specified timeframe, you will not be able to receive them afterward and must wait for the next available round.

Additionally, staff will arrange document delivery at Wannasorn Building, 12th Floor, as scheduled.

The school acts solely as a coordinator in the document preparation process. All visa-related decisions and procedures are subject to the regulations and discretion of the Immigration Bureau.

Notice to All Students

We would like to inform you that the Immigration Department is currently unable to process the visa applications for the International Language Project under Thaksin University. This is due to the detection of scammers misusing student visas, necessitating a thorough investigation, which requires us to temporarily shift to online learning.

Students are still encouraged to attend classes as scheduled. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through Google Classroom using your registered email only.

Please note that if a student accumulates more than three absences, the project must automatically cancel their student visa, as per the project's regulations.

TSU Program

For students participating in the Thaksin University (TSU) program, students who have been absent for more than three consecutive classes may not be eligible for further visa processing, subject to applicable program regulations and documentation requirements.

At this time, visa processing for the university program cannot proceed until the ongoing review and verification process by Immigration authorities has been completed.

Regarding class instruction, teaching activities will continue as scheduled. Students who have already paid tuition fees may continue attending classes, unless further changes are required. Any updates will be communicated if necessary.

Official Notice Regarding Communication Channels, Attendance, Visa Processing, and Office Hours

The school would like to inform all students that, effective immediately, the LINE Official Accounts previously used for communication with students of Wave Language School and the TSU Program will no longer be in operation.

All students are requested to contact the school directly at the school office for any matters related to studies or visa-related procedures.

Wave Language School Program

Students enrolled in the Wave Language School program are requested to contact the school office no later than 31 March 2026 regarding matters related to their study status or visa-related documentation.

Students who have been absent from classes for more than three consecutive sessions may be required to contact the school to receive documentation relating to the cancellation or adjustment of their visa-related status, in accordance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.

However, if a student is able to provide valid supporting evidence demonstrating reasonable circumstances for the absence during that period, the school may review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

Regarding class instruction, teaching activities will continue as scheduled. Even if visa processing cannot proceed in certain cases, students who have already paid tuition fees may continue attending classes, unless further changes are required. Any updates will be communicated if necessary.

Announcement: Student Attendance Requirement

WAVE Language School would like to inform all students that regular attendance is a required part of the academic program and school regulations.

All students enrolled in any program of WAVE Language School are required to attend classes according to the official class schedule of the program and must comply with the academic regulations of the school.

In the event that a student fails to attend classes regularly, is absent for an extended period of time, or does not comply with the academic requirements of the program, and does not provide a valid explanation or supporting documentation to the school within the required timeframe, the school may be required to cancel the student’s status in the academic program in accordance with the school’s administrative regulations.

Please note that the cancellation of student status is an internal administrative action of the school related to academic management only.
WAVE Language School does not have the authority to approve, extend, suspend, or cancel any visa. Decisions regarding visa status are solely under the authority of the Thai Immigration Bureau and other relevant government agencies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If a student is unable to attend classes due to valid reasons, the student must notify the school in advance and provide appropriate supporting documents for the school’s records.

This announcement is issued to ensure compliance with academic regulations and applicable administrative requirements.
