SOM Alumni Spotlight: Mr. Martin Gents
Meet Mr. Martin Gents, an IEMBA graduate in Innovation and Techno Entrepreneurship from AIT School of Management (Class of 2009) and the Founder of UseKase, an AI transformation company.
During a recent visit to our campus, Mr. Gents shared insights from his professional journey, discussing entrepreneurship, innovation, and the growing role of AI in transforming businesses.

This year's theme, "Living with AI: New Frontiers in Business Research and Strategy," invites doctoral researchers to explore the evolving impact of artificial intelligence on business, innovation, and society while engaging in meaningful scholarly exchange with peers and faculty.

On Tuesday 19th May 2026, The AIT School of Management (SOM) was honored to welcome our latest guest speaker Dr. Naing Win Htet, President of the Rotary Club of Mandalay, healthcare entrepreneur, and community leader for an insightful session titled “Building Back Better in Mandalay: Resilience, Recovery, and Community Leadership After the Earthquake.”
Drawing on his experience in healthcare, entrepreneurship, Rotary and community leadership, Dr. Htet shared valuable perspectives on resilience, cooperation, and long-term recovery in challenging environments. The session provided students with meaningful insights into how communities, businesses, healthcare providers and civic organizations contribute to rebuilding after a crisis.
