"เพราะงานก่อสร้าง work from home ไม่ได้" วันนี้แอดจึงขอโอกาส นำเสนอ 5 วิธีง่ายๆ เพื่อรับมือกับการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัส Covid19 ครับ

1. ตรวจวัดไข้ก่อนและหลังการทำงาน - การวัดไข้ เป็นหนึ่งในวิธีพื้นฐานที่สามารถตรวจสอบความเสี่ยงของผู้ที่ติดเชื้อ Covid 19 ได้ ดังนั้นทางบริษัทควรมีมาตรการตรวจวัดไข้พนักงานก่อนเริ่มงานและหลังเลิกงานในแต่ละวัน

2. สวมหน้ากากอนามัยตลอดเวลา - เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันการติดเชื้อและแพร่กระจายของ Covid 19 พนักงานทุกคนควรสวมหน้ากากอนามันอยู่ตลอดเวลา

3. ล้างมืออย่างสม่ำเสมอ – การล้างมือด้วยสบู่ หรือแอลกอฮอล์ (70% ขึ้นไป) จะสามารถฆ่าเชื้อไวรัสได้อย่างราบคาบ ด้วยเหตุผลนี้การล้างมืออย่างสม่ำเสมอ ก็เป็นอีกวิธีหนึ่งที่ช่วยลดความเสี่ยงจาก Covid 19 ได้

4. สวมถุงมือขณะทำงาน – หลังการที่ล้างมือเรียบร้อยแล้ว เราควรการสวมถุงมือสามารถป้องกันไม่ให้มือของเราสัมผัสกับเชื้อโรคที่ติดอยุ่กับอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือต่างๆ ในขณะทำงาน

5. หลีกเลี่ยงการใช้อุปกรณ์ร่วมกัน – การใช้อุปกรณ์ของร่วมกันอาจจะทำให้ติดเชื้อ Covid 19 ได้ ดั้งนั้นเราควรหลีกเลี่ยงการการใช้อุปกรณ์ร่วมกัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นหมวกนิรภัย หรือถุงมือ เป็นต้น
