The Asia Fitness Conference (AFC) – 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – is back for the 15th time, this time with an extra twist: longer, more in-depth sessions on selected topics on Friday. The event will take place in BITEC, Bangkok, Thailand from Friday 18th October to Sunday 20th October 2024 with an additional post-conference session day on Monday, 21st October. AFC consists of 3 + 1 unforgettable days of learning, exercising, networking and having fun in 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
