Lilly from Mindful Sparks will lead you in a guided meditation, breath work and yoga nidra to reconnect with your mind. Elle will guide you through yoga asana as you nourish your physical body. Finally, Ice will heal the soul with her Sound Bath, invigorating all the senses.

Okay... Slowing down a bit this evening... it’s the end of the school year and I’ve been crazy busy teacher. My kiddos are obsessed with snails right now and I felt like this was just waiting for me to find. Taking it one moment at a time and giving out more hugs from here until June... The practice of yoga consists of 8 limbs of yoga, asana our physical practice is one.. breathing exercises are another.. this practice is not just standing on your hands or twisting into a pretzel. Day 9 🔳 I remember my first chin stand, it was in a yoga challenge and was scary AF. Years later I’m still a little wary of this posture but have found I use the some of the same techniques as other inversions...
