The or #การ์ตูนที่นี่ ('Here Comics') Challenge is a project which developed from an ongoing assignment explored by my students in "Creative Writing: Experimental Comics Composition" at Inter CommArts CU [Thailand]. Their graphic narratives reveal how Richard McGuire's 1989 conceptual comics "Here" has remained more relevant than ever, opening windows on time(s) to widen a limited/constrained space in this period of lockdown. As it felt timely, my students and I -with Richard McGuire's approval- are inviting you to take part in this project! All details -such as the open-acces layout, explanations on all the historical references in my students' comics, Richard McGuire's original story, and more- are available on our dedicated blog post (see link at top). And yes, I'm a as my students were invested more than ever in this challenging composition experiment. JOIN US... FIGURATIVELY! And stay safe! Ajarn Nicolas
