I’m giving birth…..
to an upgraded version of myself

If I’ve been a bit quiet lately, it’s because I’m currently birthing a new version of myself. 😊

It’s been a while since I’ve given myself some genuine quality time so I’m doing a little trip to reflect the direction moving forward.

If you’re at a point where you feel like something needs to change, but you can’t quite put your finger on what it is, try breaking your routine.

Change your environment and find a quiet space so you can hear your inner voice more clearly.

Dr. Gabor Maté once said that we are often faced with a life dilemma:

• Suppressing our truth to be loved by others (at the cost of our own peace).
• Being our authentic selves, even if it risks others being upset, rejecting, or not loving us.

Both paths come with their own brand of discomfort.
