A new project is officially in the making ðĨ
I wouldnât have planned that making contents will be part of job.
Sometimes, the choice we choose bring us face-to-face with things that feel unfamiliar, outside our comfort zone, or even things we initially resist.
But that isnât a reason to stop, is it?
Shifting your perspective isnât a big deal (and our brain wants us to believe so).
In fact, walking the familiar path can sometimes be more dangerousâit risks keeping us stuck on a path that no longer serves us.
Cheers to change and growth.

Iâm giving birthâĶ..
to an upgraded version of myself
If Iâve been a bit quiet lately, itâs because Iâm currently birthing a new version of myself. ð
Itâs been a while since Iâve given myself some genuine quality time so Iâm doing a little trip to reflect the direction moving forward.
If youâre at a point where you feel like something needs to change, but you canât quite put your finger on what it is, try breaking your routine.
Change your environment and find a quiet space so you can hear your inner voice more clearly.
Dr. Gabor MatÃĐ once said that we are often faced with a life dilemma:
âĒ Suppressing our truth to be loved by others (at the cost of our own peace).
âĒ Being our authentic selves, even if it risks others being upset, rejecting, or not loving us.
Both paths come with their own brand of discomfort.
The question is: which discomfort are you willing to live with?

For many years, I have been in & out with different communities whether itâs
non-profit to profit driven,
purposeful to spiritually minded
There are patterns when people got together:
- Pushing personal agendas
- The need to be seen, heard and accepted
- Subjective definition of ethics, moral & integrity
Every time that I have a revelation in beliefs and decided to walk away from community, it was with heavy hearts.
It is never easy to honor the change - especially with the people that are dear to heart.
(This is when grief comes to be a big help.)
As Gabor Mate always said,
âThere is dilemma in life : The pain of not being accepted but you get to be yourself OR being accepted but you lose yourself.â
Itâs an everyday practice still.
But always worth it.
The pain of not accepted is temporary but the rewards of getting to know myself is priceless.
If you are in the dilemma, I hope this post reminds you that thereâs nothing wrong in being you. Your people wouldnât push you for an explanation before youâre ready.
Love as always,
Wahn
